Dr. Mitchell and his team have been so incredibly helpful to me even after I had to switch doctors, I have really appreciated their help.

When no other Dr understood my condition for years, I finally got a correct diagnosis with Dr Mitchell and I was asked to receive the proper treatments to get it resolved. Anytime I have a question, Dr Mitchell is very quick to respond and help me even when it is after hours. I'm very happy with the care provided here.

I’ve been sick for over two years. I don’t know what’s wrong. I can’t do my full job. I’ve been trying to get in for a couple months. I saw my regular doctor, jumped through their hoops for a referral, had paperwork sent over twice and then they denied it saying I’m not sick enough. How do they know?!? They refuse to see me!!! So now I’m frustrated, in tears, don’t know what else to do or where to go… Don’t waste your time.

In October I scheduled an appointment for December. 2 days before the appointment I came down with the 2019 flue and had to cancel and reschedule. The earliest I could reschedule was end of March 2023. Every effort to get a better schedule was turned down. On December 30 I scheduled a new appointment with St Vincent's for February 9th.location is not a goodWill not be working with 5211

first visit, half hour with the doc to review lab results, $85. second visit, 5 minute video chat to review lab results, $300. i asked them to double check my bill because $300 for a 5 minute chat is crazy. they confirmed $300 for a 5 minute chat. i'm so frustrated. otherwise, nice people here. :(

I have had 1 or 2 appointments with Dr. Stephen Mitchell, he is ok but definitely not friendly and seems a bit textbook. Today though is when I had my big issues. I got to my 8am appointment early and when i was waiting to be checked in patiently, one of the ladies at the front desk kept saying thinks like "I haven't even logged in to my computer yet..." "I don't know who this patient is I just walked through the door"; basically complaining about the fact I was there in front of my face. The other lady there is the one who was supposed to be checking me in, I was told that my appointment was yesterday at 9am, not today. I told her that the scheduler told me today at 8am, she just kept telling me that i missed my appointment and need to reschedule at least a week or two out. It was such a horrible experience that I ended up crying and leaving without rescheduling. I will now be trying to look for a new endocrinologist. I do not recommend this place for these reasons; not to mention how gross and dirty the building is. There are no actual hospital rooms, it looks more like an office(literally 2 chairs sitting across a round desk table with no medical equipment or even a computer!) I have grown up going to Providence/Legacy clinics so this is highly disappointing.

I just called to find out which, or if any Endo has experience with pre menopausal osteoporosis. I told that I need a referral to be seen. I reitterated I wanted to know if providers had experience with this situation since it is rare. I was hung up on! HOW in the world can providers take an oath of do no harm when their clinics have no civility let alone compassion towards potential patients. The system is broken, this clinic, at least on the front end is completely unprofessional.
