Instituted new technology for signin in that didn't recognize Prov insurance card. After an hour wait it still had to be inputted by one of the ONLY TWO clerks where there used to be six! Waited over another hour for a simple blood draw. The place was like an inner city ER on a Saturday night. I never waited longer than about 15 minutes in the past. Worst lab experience ever!

For the last year I have had to come here to have my blood drawn. This has been the most frustrating experience! My provider has ordered stat labs for me several times! Each time they say they will process it stat, but my labs are never done stat! Always routine! Come to find out it’s some weird politics between labcorp and providence! They can do my test stat! It’s just that, their currier is not contracted to transport this specimen as a stat leaving my blood work until the end of the day! My labs are never same day results here! Always next day! If you need urgent ? results! Don’t go here! They don’t care!

Both times I’ve ever been here the phlebotomists did amazing jobs. Wait was less than 10 minutes and I was only struck once each time. Unsure of why some people had such a bad time

Arrived to lab, waited for 45 mins to get in, was late for work and by the end of it THEY GOT THE WRONG PANEL DONE and now they're asking me to come again. Thank god for private medicine and its competency.

Arrived for lab work. Waited for an hour and 10 minutes! The phlebotomist stuck me twice in the same location and said "I'm sorry, I have failed you". He was unable to draw blood! He asked me if I wanted him to have someone else draw my blood. I hadn't eaten since the night before. I said no! I was starving and very hangry!I left this location and drove to the Providence Lab in Happy Valley. I waited no more than 10 minutes and the technician was able to draw my blood. She was very pleasant and skilled at drawing blood. She did have a problem finding my orders because the tech at the Oregon Clinic had not released my orders back into the system. Thank you Oregon Clinic!I plan on never using this lab again!!! I have two Doctors at this location but if they ever want lab work I will not have it done at the Providence Lab at this location. EVER!!!A bunch of clowns!

Long-ish wait punctuated by a angry alcoholic yelling about not getting a x ray because he just wanted one but... If you are needing blood work done & are a extremely hard stick for God's sake go here, ask for Carrie. Usually for me after 5 or 6 tries of poorly trained people with a glazed bovine look in their eyes stabbing me in the tendons I told them were not veins but tendons, I finally get sick of being hurt & they give up & tell me to come back another day. Not with this location!!! This wizard woman got it on the first try & I was in & out of her chair with in 10 min. Thank God for the plethora of junkies & elderly people with heart issues coming here for blood draws because they have been forced to become very good at their jobs, or at least Carrie has.

Bad customer service, scheduleing is unprofessional and not engaging, MA and RN, suck @$$ , they entitled an act like they know everything; the prior authorization team, delayed my referral information for 2 weeks, an makes excuses for everything. I would not seek services here.

I have liked the clinic and the physician fine in the past. Now, I have tried twice in the last 6 months to schedule a surveillance colonoscopy . I was told someone would call back to schedule because they were too booked out. Nobody ever called back. I called for the third time recently, waited 15 minutes for the first scheduling person, was transferred to the nurses scheduler, waited another 15 minutes and then got an answering service to leave a message. I give up and will look to establish a provider elsewhere

Great GI care. I see Dr.. LUM he has been a fantastic listener and genuinely cares. The nurses in the infusion clinic are angels. All of them are so lovely and kind. Makes the experience pleasant. My only complaint is the parking is awful. Cramped lot and hard to find spots.

I have been going here for years due to an auto immune disease I have. My doctor has been wonderful and most of the nurses I deal with regularly are as well however the billing office & their procedures are awful. When you are sick and dealing with a chronic illness you would expect them to be more empathetic & understanding. The communication is awful. I won't get into all the details here but despite my insurance company and the drug manufacturer paying them thousands they still treat me like crap over a couple hundred dollars in co pays. Despite me being on a payment plan that they set up with me they still constantly harassed me for more money every time I'd come in. In front of other patients.

(Originally mistakenly posted this review for the Oregon Clinic instead)Came in for a blood draw and the lab seemed to be understaffed as the wait was quite long. Ended up getting a large bruise from the blood draw and I'm still experiencing pain a week later.

This place is just a big money machine. You have a few minutes to talk to a nurse practitioner before they walk out in the middle of a sentence because your 10 minutes is up. If there are other problems they don't care. It is all just for the money and your bill will be sky high. Find another place.

The healthcare professionals lack a lot of empathy. A person with an obvious mental health problem was having an episode outside, and the workers inside laughed at them and said things like "there's a crazy woman outside" and made mocking noises. It's a shame to see such a lack of understanding from people who are supposed to care about their community.
