It’s been two months of following up and requesting for a receipt so I can submit my claim however, it doesn’t seem there’s any urgency with my requests.

I had a tire blow out and Glen came to my rescue. The owner stayed on the phone with me until Glen got there and it made everything seem okay. They took all the stress of being stranded by a busy freeway out of the equation and got me back on the road with zero issues. Thanks guys! You are definitely heroes!

Jay went above and beyond to help fix my flat tire. He even went and got a new valve stem to fix my spare tire that was leaking air. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get back on the road.

Jay genuinely went above and beyond for us when we got stranded during a Zipcar rental. Zipcar was screwing us over and we were locked out and rather than just unlocking the vehicle and going on his way he stayed with us AND talked on the phone with Zipcar customer service for me and ensured we would be getting a full refund as well as getting our ride back covered. He was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend more.
