I recently was going through complications with my car insurance, CIG, that wasn’t providing the proper communication and guidance after my accident. After much frustration, I reached out to Kristine Saetern from PRL insurance who stated she has worked closely with CIG insurance in numerous occasions, for some advice. She provided great customer service by taking initiative, doing research about my case, being very communicative, helping to expedite the process and making sure I was well informed throughout it all. Without her assistance, I would have continued to be uninformed and waiting on what my insurance could not accomplish. She has been a pleasure to work with and I appreciate her assistance even when she was not the insurance company to oversee my case. I highly recommend and am very appreciative for the help!

Theresa at PRL has gone the extra mile time and time again for us on a number of those head-scratching bureaucratic nightmares that spiral into things that put you at the mercy of an out-of-state DMV agent or insurance broker or claims adjuster. Our latest was in helping us sort out a mess with our son's car registration in Maryland because his insurance wasn't purchased in that state. Theresa has been patiently on the phone back and forth with Maryland insurance brokers and the people on the inside at Maryland Motor Vehicles who know how to clear up the mess ... and she's done this all right in the middle of the winter holidays. We can't recommend her enough.

We had a great experience with PRL. Kristine helped keep me on task (a non-trivial undertaking) and was very communicative. We ended up with a great set of policies and more thoroughly insured after combining our pre-marriage policies with a well-reputed insurer through PRL. I also really appreciated all the help with the administrative follow up tasks. We will not hesitate to call again or recommend the group.

PRL Insurance is a great company that I've used since 1991. Recently, Heather Lukemeyer did an in-depth review of my insurance needs and found much better coverage while saving me quite a bit of $$$. Can't beat that! I highly recommend this company.

I worked with Jennifer on homeowners and auto insurance, and she beat out ALL the quotes and offerings we received from everywhere else (Geico, Liberty, USAA, etc.). The package she put together for us takes away any fear we have of issues popping up in the future because I know we will be taken care of.

My experience with PRL insurance has been excellent. The positive reviews posted here ring true for me as well, for many of the same reasons. They recently came to my aid when I was dealing with my neighbor’s claim for damage done to our property. I was not getting satisfactory answers or action from the insurance company, so I contacted my broker at PRL. Lori graciously offered to contact the insurance agent and her manager for me, even though the claim had nothing to do with her office. The very next day I started receiving regular updates, and a short time later they sent me a check for the full amount of the bid. PRL went above and beyond their normal scope of work to help me out, and it was greatly appreciated. They are committed to good service for their customers, and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

We had SUCH a good experience working with Angeline from PRL. We were coming from an especially bad experience with an agent from Farmers and needed coverage fast. Angeline was with us every step of the way and we secured a great policy quickly. She was fast, efficient, and really, really on top of her stuff. We can't thank her enough for her help!
