If you're looking for a place to buy a car that's not afraid to patch their inventory up to intentionally hide known and expensive issues, this is the dealership for you.
Prior to my purchase, the internals of the catalytic converter were disintegrated and cracked externally, which caused an O2 sensor fault during their pre-sale inspection.
Their solution was to slather the exhaust with a sealant so the cat would no longer leak and the car would not throw check engine lights/run as it should to ultimately pass a remote DEQ testing method. This is vital to enable the title registration process via DMV to continue through their approval process.
We all know used cars could have potential issues, but a group throwing band-aids on known issues is not cool.
Based on the pictures attached, there is no way Prime Motors mechanics didn't see the white putty all over the cat and flex piping. Especially after the ECU scan shows the O2 rich code fired during their possession. These guys are untrustworthy, and I needed my car repaired ASAP, so I had the shop it was already at do the repairs (Parts/Labor = $2300). Prime Motors was and is still unwilling to cover the costs of the repairs that they intentionally covered up.
My advice: Find another dealership, get a 3rd party inspection, get financing through your bank or credit union, and demand to see the full contract, if you choose to add an extended warranty, before signing.

BUYER BEWARE: My daughter purchased a car here, was told they performed a complete pre-sale inspection and the car was clean with no issues. The newer BMW with relatively low mileage (45k) just broke down after driving less than 3800 miles. When the mechanics were checking it out, they had to battle rusted out bolts that had been spray painted black... so dissatisfied!

My partner unfortunately trusted the people @ Prime Motors and agreed to purchase a car from them. After signing, they presented an extended warranty offered through a 3rd party.
After hearing the pitch that every component listed on the warranty brochure was covered with no other stipulations, it sounded too good to be true.
Prior to signing the extended warranty (EW), we asked Prime Motors finance rep if there were any additional terms beyond the single-page EW contract sent via DocuSign... they confirmed there were no additional T&Cs included, so we proceeded to sign.
Come to find out, only after our car broke down less than a month later and speaking with the warranty company about our "thought to be covered claim", there were actually 9 additional pages that were never shown to us before or after signing. These unseen pages just happen to exclude our car's damage in need of repair.
With untrustworthy business practices like this, I don't know how they are still in business.
Thankfully, our car broke down soon enough after signing to learn about all the hidden pages before it was too late to cancel the EW!

Both Tommy and Jay were excellent. Tommy was very helpful and very thorough in providing every detail I asked about on the vehicle proving a virtual test drive as well as photos and videos of the entire exterior, interior and undercarriage of the vehicle. Jay was great helping me with financing and even helping to work through some minor details about LoJack in Alaska. Great experience!
