I just can't say enough good things about Darrell, Trevor and the rest of the team at Precision. I've been taking my 2003 Audi to them for 17 years and we've been taking our Subaru for several more. With a 21 year old car, I'm sure they've had plenty of chances to do work that wasn't really necessary. I have always found them, though, completely honest and straightforward. Work is done as discussed, in a timely manner, and they are more than happy to answer all of my questions. In addition, they're just nice guys! I will genuinely miss visiting them, as my new car isn't one of the brands they service. (I really considered sticking with one they did!) You can't go wrong here.

Didn't take my car in for service, but reached out for a second opinion after getting an expensive estimate from a service dealer that didn't even address my problem. Darrell called me back the next morning and took a half-hour out of his busy day to address my concerns and break everything down for me. He gave me straight talk with no nonsense or sugar coating; he wasn't available to do the work, but he set me on track and recommended some great shops in town who could help me out. Seems like an honest mechanic worth his salt, 5 stars!

I can't believe I have not left them a review yet. I've been going to Precision for a few years now and they are simply the best. Skilled, transparent, fair, and trustworthy. 100 percent recommend.

Vanagon with recent Subaru swap. We were from out of town with apparent engine issue. These guys are truly fantastic, found a way to make time to get us in, figured out and on the road. Precision Motor Car is my shop hands down and I don't live here! Give these guys a call, they are exceptional people! Thanks again for helping us!

Had to get an oil change at Armstrong VW and was told i also needed brakes. They said my brakes were at a 1 and were grinding "metal on metal." they quoted me $765 for the fronts.So I took my car to my preferred VW repair shop, Precision Motor, and was quoted around $550-600$for the same job. They inspected my brakes and to my surprise I DONT NEED BRAKES! i was nowhere near a 1! Thank you for the honesty and amazing service! I have 2 VWs and they will continue to be serviced by this great shop!

Trevor was great in helping me fix my problem. He went right to the simple fix and fixed it. Also gave me useful unformation to keep my car running better. Will be back here if I need more help.

If you have an Audi or VW. There isn't a better place to take it. Darrell knows everything about these cars. And won't rip you off, not cheap, but quality never is!!

Bought a car in the Portland area. Trevor was able to squeeze me in the following day for a pre purchase inspection. I had called maybe 15 repair shops and they were the only ones who could get me in so fast. What an amazing team of mechanics they have. I was walked through and shown almost every part of the ppi. The techs are super friendly and knowledgeable. Best car repair facility I've set foot in.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from the very start. First the quote Precision Motor Car gave me was far less than a few other shops I contacted in the area. They were very transparent and communicated with every step of the repair. They did an amazing job on the car with a quick turn around. After all was done and keys were in my hand, I paid what they quoted me for when I brought the car in. No hidden surprises. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my 2017 Audi A4, where I could not go over 4000rpm. This place came highly recommended to me, and I am so glad it did. I called and they were able to get my car scanned the next day, which was really surprising given it was the week of Thanksgiving. They let me know that it was an issue with my thermostat and water pump and gave me the option of either taking it to the dealership and possibly getting it covered under warranty (unlikely), or having them fix it for $1,100. I chose to have them fix it just because of the amazing quote, and customer service that they gave me. My car was fixed it a few days and is as good as new. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be taking my car there for any future service. Thanks guys!!!
