I've been buying Prana stretch pants since 2017. They have switched from metal buttons to plastic ones. These break easy. Now I have 4 pairs where the button has broken. Plus the sizes have shrunk. In the end they win, they are using less material and cheaper buttons.

prAna Is a sportswear clothing store. Customer service was in that hopeful and not that welcoming. Looking around The store there wasn't that much of a variety in designs. The layout was pretty nice for what they had. They did have ramps in the store for great wheelchair accessibility. Prices are at the higher-end but the clothing is of high quality as well.

NOOOO! WHY?! Apparently Prana was bought out by Columbia... and they destroyed the brand entirely. This was a main source of my apparel and now it's gone. Just like that. How unfortunate. The new website/clothing/style are all awful and nothing like what Prana was for all these years. They are seriously trying to sell super basic, norm-core, boring, poor quality clothing at top shelf prices. RIP Prana.

Great clothes, but I will never understand why the workers need to be so mean. From the moment you walk in it's like they really don't want anyone in the store. I would like to try things on, but I always end up ordering online.

Such a lovely shopping experience! There were a lot of sales happening when I came by, so all the clothing was at even more of a reasonable price. They have a great selection of soft, high quality outdoor and activewear.I was honestly most impressed by how they handled the fitting rooms. There wasn't a room available when I got in line, but instead of needing to wait, I gave them my name and I was able to chill in a waiting area and keep shopping until they called me. Super intimate and professional, and on top of that, the fitting room was one of the nicest I've been in and had different lighting settings on the mirror!

Amazing customer service! The sales associate who helped me went above and beyond. I had a confusing return and was fully expecting to be told it wasn't possible to exchange sizes without an order number, but I received nothing but patience and problem solving. I am so happy that my boyfriend is able to get his favorite pants in the right size! I highly recommend shopping at this store. Great atmosphere and employees.

Found some summer items on sale at the end of August. Friendly staff, clean interior, ultra modern fitting rooms which allow you to customize the lighting to make sure your new fit is just right. Good selection of men's and women's outdoor apparel.

My partner has been ordering online from Prana for years, so he really wanted to stop by the store. He's a fan of their quality and also how their sizing fits his build. I loved how bright and spacious the store was. It was very clean and inviting too. I particularly liked that their racks weren't overly full (so you could easily look at what was hanging) but weren't empty either. I've never shopped here so had to test out some sizes. The dressing rooms were very spacious and I LOVED that the mirrors had lighting settings you could adjust. I wish all stores had that! We were lucky enough to have stopped in during a 50% off sale as well so the prices weren't as high as some of the other reviewers noted. Overall it was a nice shopping experience and we'd definitely return.

The rivets on the flannel lined pants will scratch any hard surface you sit on. Quite a product flaw.

I have loved their stuff from the first day I set eyes on this store . The clothes are super comfy and I really like their fabrics. This shop has much more variety in my opinion compared to other Outlets that store Prana Clothes . The location is perfect and the store is bright and well organized . The staff is helpful and welcoming. Prices tend to vary based on the item and err on the side of expensive but I think this is quality stuff that lasts a good while . They also used to have free Yoga classes , but not sure if they still hold them post-covid .
