Convenient spot to run down to and ship stuff. Very friendly staff and good at helping you find the best shipping option. I've always packaged my own shipments but they seem to have a good variety of supplies if needed. Also great for dropping off prelabelled Amazon returns. Only complaint might be that they're not open Saturdays.

I have had a mailbox here for several years. I also use them regularly to drop off USPS, USP, and FedEx packages. My every experience with them has been excellent. I highly recommend them!

Note that this PostalAnnex plus on Barnes Rd. in Portland has a notary, although Google maps‘ search for “notary” does not find it.Possibly because not all postal annex plus sites have notaries, although in my experience nearly all do.The website for this particular postal annex plus site mentions that it has notary services.Posting this because I’m annoyed with Google maps, and I will try to get Google maps to fix this and add it

Great mailbox/mailing store off of Barnes. Nobody likes to order a dress online and have it be too small but PostalAnnex+ helped the process be less painless. Bought the packaging and paid for the postage to return the item to the online store. Have used them in the past to return a laptop and that went well too. Will definitely use them again.

Just went into mail a couple of small packages and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude. Terrible customer service. I picked up my things and left. I’m kind of stunned! 3/18/21 1:16pm

Every time I’ve come here it has been great. Today there was one slight but major exception - none of the people working here were wearing masks nor did more than half of their customers. What a disappointment. We wear masks to protect others and it seems to me that during a pandemic we need to be extra vigilant about being safe and smart. It isn’t a joke.
The work that needed to be done was done, but I felt at risk and the. Knew I was going home where I might put others at risk. Is it worth having that on your conscience? I doubt it. JUST WEAR A MASK. Please.

Twice now I've been in and had staff try to serve me without a mask. The first time I asked politely whether I could wait to be served by someone with a mask, and was harangued for the next 10 minutes by the lady behind the counter, about my "lack of understanding" for others. Today the man working there (I believe the owner) blatantly just walked up to the counter to help me with no mask on. I took a giant step back, and he obviously saw that I was uncomfortable, so he half-heartedly pulled a loose bandana up over his nose - but it kept slipping down, and he just left it. I didn't want to get into a big debate again, so I kept silent and just hurried through my transaction. I will not go back.
