After waiting for approximately five minutes, I searched for someone to help me. I did find someone who just happened to be the owner. What I didn't find was any help. He was immediately rude to me, and then he proceeded to point at me directly in my face. My suggestion is to avoid this horrible location at all costs.

It’s 9:15 am and they’re still closed and not open for business. The location advertises their hours as open at 9 AM and I’m waiting here at 9:15 before I have to leave to head for work. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The hours are terrible for people who have to work to 5 pm. I’ve found this location often closed on Saturday mornings as well. I don’t enjoy posting negative reviews but when I pay for a year of postal box service, it’s not a lot to expect to be able to access my mail during their 9-5 business hours. If you have a small business, absolutely rent somewhere else.

I honestly can’t believe how rude the older guy was. From reading other reviews, seems like he’s the owner Scott and I’m not alone in how he mistreats his customers.
It doesn’t make sense to me that you’re the owner of a business and are downright rude and degrading to the people giving you money. I will happily never go here again and give the UPS just a couple miles down the road my money.
Go get anger management classes, Scott. You need em.

To the older bitter man working . You’re flat out RUDE to your customers! If you hate your job that much , close your damn shop and do something else with your life! People don’t need that negative energy! I’ve never seen such bad customer service in my life. Absolutely horrible experience!

Tried calling this business today and they picked up the phone and immediately hung-up on me. Really? Who does that? If you're too busy to take a phone call, get an answering machine or hire some help. Horrible way to be treated as a potential customer.

I have to say, I was a bit afraid to drop packages off at this location due to the other reviews. I've now been there three times, and I find the owner to be very helpful and just friendly enough.

Might win the award for worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner insulted me for asking for a receipt and I promptly cancelled my shipment, turned around and left, never to return again. Surprised this is still in business.

I don't often get motivated to write a review based solely on rude customer service, but the fellow that runs the desk here takes top honors for rudeness. Interesting to find that other reviewers have commented the same on this platform. I have been to this location twice and on both instances was treated like I was a pest, rather than customer. Will not be returning.

There's an older man here who really seems to hate his job. He doesn't communicate well or nicely and prefers to push you around non-verbally rather than just ask for what he needs like you'd expect. He also doesn't mind making you wait around for no real reason at all.
I was able to ship my packages but it's not like I'm coming back to this location.
Not sure why you'd get into this business if you hate customer service

I mailed a small box at this store on December 20th. I was “helped” by a tall skinny man with gray hair whose name was Scott, according to the receipt.Scott was incredibly rude and dismissive right from the start. First he claimed he couldn't hear me properly when I spelled my last name for him. Then he got mad at me for speaking too loudly when I spelled my name for him again. Then he was condescendingly obnoxious when I misread something on the screen about how much it would cost to mail the box. The whole time, he seemed very annoyed at having to deal with me.I have never before experienced such abusive behavior when attempting to conduct a simple retail transaction. Whoever owns this store should fire Scott ASAP.I will avoid this store in the future.

I've gone here twice in the last month to ship packages and use the notary service. Both times the staff member was helpful and friendly. I needed to go there again today and wanted to double check the hours and was so surprised to see the negative reviews?!?

Convient and easy to drop off packages for USPS on the weekend when their post offices are closed and their blue boxes only take small, flat envelopes. The old guy at the counter isn't the friendliest though, on the phone or in person.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. Unfortunately over the past year the customer service has gotten so bad I will not be able to go back again. The service is so slow even when you are the only customer and the Manger has become so rude.
