I've come plenty of times before for fingerprinting and such. Today, I came for a fax and copies and was unpleasantly greeted by one staff member and the other staff member refused to staple my receipt to my result page. I believe it was because of a bias issue which I seem to have been encountering quite a lot lately. I wasn't saying you young ladies work for me, I was asking for regular customer services.

They'll require a face mask - and gladly sell you one with a healthy upcharge - while not consistently wearing one, themselves.
Edit: staff did not consistently wear masks, my review stands.

We were highly impressed with the staff here, especially Susan, who went above and beyond to pursue an issue we had until the problem was solved. She is a rockstar. It was the best customer service ever.

Staff is always helpful and super friendly. They work hard to help everyone! The owner hires college students helping to work around their school schedules. The staff works hard to train the temporary staff. Awesome location to ship or get a quick print out. They have a notary on staff during working hours.

I like the ease of working with this place and everyone I’ve worked with there so far with the exception of Kendra has been wonderful. When Kendra is working she argues with me about whether I have packages or not. I have had many packages sit in the mailbox due to this, despite my efforts to obtain them. This is problematic because I order time sensitive items for my company and when packages sit I am charged storage fees. This is unfair considering I show up to get the packages and Kendra states they are not there.... despite them showing up in my postal place dashboard as ready for pickup.To expand on this review, I wish the owner had reached out to me about my issue with one of her employees directly. Instead, the worker named above decided to confront me about the review I left. As a business owner myself, I would never allow an employee to confront one of my paying customers about a review of their experience. I find that conduct to be incredibly unprofessional and once again I'd appreciate the owner reaching out to me directly, as I can't seem to find contact information for her online.I was in the middle of picking up packages from a new hire and taking a business call when she followed me out into the parking lot to discuss this review. I had to end my call to discuss this with her. Then a customer had to come outside of the postal place to retrieve her to do her job.She's named on here specifically, due to the fact that I haven't had issues with ANY of the other employees but I've had CONSISTENT issues with her conduct. When you work with the public, you're going to be named in a review eventually, whether it's a good review or a poor one.Once again, if the owner could reach out to me directly, I would very much appreciate it. I can't imagine this is the look she wants for her Postal Place.

Just stopped by here to drop off an international shipment and having never done that before, I was wowed by the staff's kindness and help. I'd forgotten labels; they helped me print them for free as a favor. I didn't know what to do; they talked me through it. I kinda think that if I'd also been thirsty they would have offered me a glass of water! I'll be going back here for all of my shipping needs going forward!

Will call you non stop/threaten you with needing legal documentation if one piece of mail doesn't match your name exactly. Don't bother walking in as they'll answer the phone and take their sweet time as you wait at the counter. Constantly under staffed as you can tell by frequent staff turn over. Store items are overpriced, go to dollar tree around the corner instead. I had a package come in with my initials with address and they still gave me a hard time. Shop around online first by typing their address in google before going in to sign up because you might find a better deal.

Require masks but charge $2 ? If you're trying to protect a vulnerable employee , why gouge the customer? Also , had mask off half the time in order to take the photo and forgot to put it back on.

Sketchy practices! I actually was just trying to get my TSA precheck at another company in this strip mall. They have signs up saying to enter to this postal shop to get to the TSA pre check. The girl at the counter let me know that the TSA spot requires mask, and that I could buy ONE SINGLE PAPER MASK for $2, but they require a $5 minimum to use a card. So they're trying to get $5 out of you for something that stores usually hand out for free, AND they aren't even affiliated with the place that requires masks. Ridiculous!! The least they could do is charge a reasonable price for it, or sell larger mask packs. Whoever manages this place is just cash grabbing - I wouldn't trust them for any of their services.

Went in today to get my fingerprints done for work. The staff member helping us was extremely friendly, patient, and explained the process in an easy to understand way. It was my first time visiting but if I have any postal-related needs in the future I'll definitely visit again!

Update: as if I wasn’t already majorly impressed with Elizabeth, the current owner… Now she managed to impress me even more! USPS scanned a package as delivered that was not in fact delivered to postal place PDX like it should have been. I went to usps. com and opened a research case. But once Elizabeth heard about this situation she also called her contacts with USPS and is making sure that this situation is thoroughly researched. Not only that but if the package isn’t found Elizabeth is willing to go to bat for me with eBay to make sure they understand that this package, even though it says delivered, was not delivered to postal place PDX. Without Elizabeth‘s help on this I would just be out the money because eBay would argue that it says delivered. Hopefully the package will be found. But if not I know I have an ally in Elizabeth. I am so incredibly impressed with her level of helpfulness and professionalism. I always feel that I am in good hands with Postal Place PDX… but now I know I’m in the BEST possible hands! I highly doubt any other mailbox place would go to bat for me like this. If you don’t have a mailbox with these folks, what are you waiting for?!I have had a mailbox with the new owners now for two years and Elizabeth is doing a beautiful job of running this place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Kendra and Toni are the best! When people in my neighborhood were having packages stolen off their front porches at Christmas time, I was that much more grateful that I have a box at Postal Place PDX where my packages are always safe! Thank you so much Elizabeth and co. I really appreciate each of you!
