Lacy at Posh baby was so incredibly helpful and nice!! She helped me find exactly what I needed and even after placing an online order and changing my mind she helped me change my order! I highly recommend using this small business for your baby needs! I will continue to support this business after my baby is here and needs upgrades! Thank you Lacy!

Trendy baby shop to try out strollers and recliners! They have a really cute curated clothing collection. I wanted to buy so much. I also will say I am so appreciative of the public restroom they have for the pregnant shopping mom. I actually gasped out loud when I saw a public restroom in a clothing store. It’s so rare to see that and so nice when you have to pee 372839 times a day. Staff was really friendly and took their time explaining a lot to my husband and I.

Edit to add: Posh Baby has reached out to work with me on the car seat safetly issue. They did not have to, since I agreed to their policy when I purchased the seat. It just shows they truly do care about their customers! I've updated to 5 stars because they really did put in extra effort for me.This place does have amazing people and a great selection. I just wish they had a better return/exchange policy on car seats. But I tried the fit of the booster in my car, had a worker look, and it seemed fine. I bring it home, after a couple times of my kid trying, the seatbelt easily gets caught and just won't retract. Nothing wrong with the seat, it's just not compatible with my car. But now I have an expensive car seat that's not safe to use in my car and won't fit in my husband's car. :( I wish I had gotten it elsewhere with a return/exchange policy.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will NEVER be back to support this small business. We were warned previously of their customer service and were told to not to purchase our baby products here due to friends having problems with returns/exchanges. My mom and I went and purchased the Nuna Demi Grow stroller in July after excitement of finding out I was pregnant. My baby isn't due until January so we've kept the stroller in the box unopened. We called in because Nuna released a new updated version of our stroller and their employee said if it unopened bring it in and we can do the exchange. Minutes later they called and took it all back saying they won't take it back and the manager said her employee spoke out of pocket. At least honor what your staff tell your customers! Had we shopped at Nordstrom like originally advised this wouldn't even be an issue. I always try to support small business but this goes to prove you get better customer service at Department Stores. BE ADVISED! If you're looking for stellar customer service for a lifetime THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP! I will be sharing my experience across all social media platforms, friends, family and anyone expecting.Response:We did try to handle this privately. Your customer service has lead to this review and will remain.During your conversation you said if it was unopened you could return it. Not sure what difference it makes if it was 1 month ago or in July. It's still is unopened and unused. You do have that stroller listed on your website so therefore it is in your system. Your point is not valid. Beyond that even if it wasn't listed you have the ability to change that. You are the business owner. So the circumstances are not beyond your control as you say. You have the option to have a satisfied customer but you are choosing not to. Therefore providing poor customer service. AGAIN your employee said bring it in for exchange.Nordstrom would NEVER provide this type of customer service.

There aren't many baby stores you can go to in person anymore. My husband and I love this store and being able to see the baby gear in person. We bought our nursery glider here and we love it. The staff are always so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning as we raise our little guy!

This place is AMAZING - hands down best kiddo store in Portland. Their customer service is next level. An item I bought broke & they contacted the manufacturer and their sales rep to replace broken item. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD SHOP LOCAL!!!!!!!!! No big box store (or online store) would ever be as vested as they were in helping me not only replace the item but replace it with one that I felt comfortable with. Absolutely AMAZING. Highly, highly, highly recommend Posh Baby!!!

Hands down best kiddo store in Portland. I purchased an item with them (one that I could have purchased online) and the item ended up breaking. They not only contacted the manufacturer but also their sales rep to help me replace the broken item. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOP LOCAL!!! Their customer service, dedication & support is unmatched and something you would never find with an online store. I couldn't not recommend this place enough!!

Of the few baby stores remaining in the Portland Metro area, we love this local shop. The staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. As an example, the staff helped us navigate our indecisiveness by answering our slew of questions before making a purchase decision. Also, we didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. You can try out the baby equipment, like pushing the stroller around the store and trying on baby carriers before selecting. We also love the variety and quality of products they carry. We bought a majority of our baby gear from here for both of our kids. Highly recommend stopping by this place when looking for baby gear!

Outstanding boutique! I planned to pop into this store for 30 minutes, but spent 4 hours. This was the first stop I made when shopping for my first baby and I was blown away by the customer service, supply, knowledge, patience... the list goes on. Highly recommend anyone (and everyone) shop at Posh Baby. I'll be ordering my baby gear from here even though I live elsewhere in the country. Thank you!

We went today and feel so much better about having to pick out a stroller and car seat. Lily was incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all our questions, explain all the options, how everything worked etc., we are so thankful for her expertise and can’t wait to come back. Thank you again Lily!

Listed as “In Stock” on their website doesn’t mean anything. I don’t care if your supplier has it to ship. If someone is specifically looking for IN STOCK items they most likely need them the same or next day. I will be ordering from somewhere else, and will not support this kind of shady practice.
