So helpful and friendly. The driver (I didn't get her name) was very professional and super nice and we had a nice conversation. The price was about what I expected. $259 for the first 10 miles then $6 a mile after. They were upfront and didn't seem to try to scam and take advantage of the situation.

Our daughter's car was stolen and towed to Newhouse towing. I live out of state therefore had to manage everything by phone. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and very helpful. They gave great advice and worked with our insurance adjuster which really helped out a great deal. Thank you for helping us in a stressful time! Great company

Parking enforcement had them tow my vehicle from a no parking zone. It took me an hour and a half of driving in circles to find the lot they put my vehicle in. The lot was off of Milwaukie and was next to impossible to find, due to the graffiti and vegetation covering the sign (click on photo). As of June 2024, PBOT allows them to charge you a $241 towing fee on top of any cost of a ticket. So Newhouse is on the same level as a used car lot in the way they gouge you as much as they can.

My car worked fine before, and now after picking it up from this yard it won’t start, besides no obvious parts missing. All my other items were still in the car (if a thief got in they would have took at least some of my items). Mentioned this to a few friends and one of them happened to experience the same thing with this company 4 years ago. He had to tow his friend’s car out of the yard because it suddenly didn’t start even though it was working fine before it was towed. Sus AF. Crooks, in my opinion.

2 stars because of focus. 2 star because of lack of consideration for others within the parking lot stuck for 30 fricken plus minutes.

Amazing experience! I know very little about cars, and Brandon was very kind and willing to answer all my questions. My car was dead in the DQ parking lot, and I was helpless. I felt safe and respected around Brandon. Complete professional! I am beyond happy with the service I received! Thank you again! 100% recommend!

I needed a jeep wrangler towed from the auction and Ladonna and her coworker were there in a flash and almost beat me home!!! Now that's service!!! Ladonna was also very informative and answered my questions. I will be using them again great job!!!

My son had a flat tire on the side of the freeway at one in the morning I called the gentleman was there in about 15-20 minutes and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg will definitely be calling next time we need towing services.

Worst service ever. Told me it would be 45 minutes. Call back an hour later they said another 20 minutes call back again after another half an hour, and they sent tow truck somewhere else. The dispatcher was one of the rudest people I have ever heard I do not recommend this company.

Most people don’t have good experiences when their car is towed for parking incorrectly- I came in hot with frustration and was very upset. Maddy on the phone was very helpful and polite and truly turned the situation around for me. The woman at the counter and one of the yard employees were very funny, and quick. If I ever need anything done with my car they are the people I will call. I learned my lesson that day that you truly do catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Thanks New House Towing!
