Spoke with Gunther about my recently purchased e-bike (Retrospec) due to the brakes squealing. Gunther generously gave me great information about the brakes and was sincerely helpful. Due to his top tier customer service, I absolutely recommend his shop!

Good customer service for a bike and heat already left the shop but when I called he turned around and came right back down to help me out and I really appreciated I'm turning around to me that is great customer service I would definitely recommend.
