I installed a Wedi shower system with their expertise. Tony was fantastic to work with and guided me through the entire install. Unlike any big box stores they have experts that have used the products and displays that you can touch and understand the process. They have the best selection of Wedi products in stock.
The Wedi system is the best engineered system you can buy. They have thought through the issues with waterproof shower systems and provided outstanding solutions

The owner is a very friendly gentleman. I had issues loading up the flooring and the owner stayed past 5 to help us load the flooring up in our truck. Would highly recommend this place.

We ordered tile and we were told the item was in stock and it would take 2 weeks for it to arrive. Contacted at close to 3 weeks and was told they didn't have any updates. Waited another couple of weeks and was told that the item was "out of stock" How do you let over a month go by and then inform the customer that the item is now "out of stock" we won't be using this company again for any future projects. Very poor customer service.

Dishonest fat lady lied over the phone and when I got in the store, they did not have what she said over the phone. Also I was told to get out of their store-Will never ever go there again

I've walked into many tile places and had to beg for help. Not the case here. I was able to browse peacefully without anyone asking questions but when I was ready to make selections they were more than available and helpful. The staff gave me ideas that I hadn't thought about and suggestions that were very creative. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the service and the variety

We purchased shower tiles and grout for redoing a shower here. The folks were incredibly helpful both on stylistic choices and materials and compatibility. I would 100% come back here for any other tile or marble projects. Highly recommended! Victoria was particularly fantastic.

We have purchased tile for various projects from them for many years and they've always given us great service. The most recent project was buying backer board, thinset, and grout for multiple tile projects and the tile for our kitchen backsplash. The prices have always been competitive and the service compelling.

I was sold a tile, which they told is great because it’s water phobic. Great I thought, now I see it’s water phobic and dirt adoring. Look at pictures we can’t get it off with anything. These are water and soap stains. We used a steamer a tooth pick, and every kitchen cleaning product we could think off.

Update: We were contacted directly by the owner to discuss our experience and find a suitable resolution. She agreed the tiles were darker than they should have been. She contacted the supplier and replacement tiles were quickly sent. Our issue has now been resolved. We do still feel the first person we spoke to about the problem should have handled things differently, but overall we are happy with the product and the service we received from the owner.Original review: Horrible experience. We went in with samples asking for a specific color of travertine tile (ivory) We were provided with pictures of the tiles they had available in stock in their warehouse. The tiles in the picture were a good blend with the ones we already have on our project so we ordered based off of the photos provided. 20 out of the 50 square feet ordered are not even slightly close to the photos provided. They are so far off as to be completely unusable in our project. Not only is the color significantly darker, they are also unattractive. These are natural tiles so some variation is anticipated but these are extreme. We aren’t talking about a few tiles here, we are taking about almost half the order included these dark tiles. We asked to exchange them for ones more in line with the ones we agreed upon based on the provided image but were told the color falls in the “acceptable” range so they don’t offer any exchanges or refunds. I guess it was our mistake trying to support a local business. I suggest sticking with a big store like Home Depot or Lowe’s where at least you can purchase one square foot at a time and return any that aren’t as described or below expectations. Lesson learned.

Need to really double check invoices/orders. I tried ordering 70 SQ FT of this high end beautiful green tile & they ordered 130 sq ft. Turns out this tile is unreturnable & I am stuck paying for all of this.I do take fault here as well as I didnt double check invoice but I know 100% I provided the exact sq ft needed for the job. Would prefer to give this place 5 stars but nothing I hate more than wasting/burning money

I've been to over 5 tile shops in Portland and definitely like this place the most. Problem here is I didn't double/triple check invoice. I wanted to order 70 sq ft of high end shower tile. I ended up ordering and paying for 130sqft. I am now stuck with double the needed amount & they don't offer any returns. I think they are good to work with but need to really double check invoices/ orders.
