My Rolair compressor needed service. Austin Farace, an employee at Portland Compressor, politely greeted me, looked at the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. That kind of service is RARE and they actually answer the phone.
Bought the compressor from them 15 years back and if I need another I'll definitely go back.
Five-Stars all the way.

I've been painting in power washing for almost 20 years and they're on the phone customer service today was absolutely horrible very rude very short not helpful with any part numbers I don't know how you expect me to do business with the company like this we need parts and supplies to run our business customer service to be top priority but clearly wasn't today April 26th 2024

Great customer service experience - I wish I’d gotten the name of the person who helped me at the service desk and I believe Mauricio is the technician that helped me with troubleshooting - they both took time to answer my questions, thoroughly examine things and gave me excellent feedback as well as helping me pick out replacement parts without pressuring me into anything - will return with for future repairs and part needs and recommend them to anyone.

My old compressor stopped working. I was ready to buy a new one and Mike talked me into fixing it myself. He walked me through the process and found the necessary parts quickly.

Nice black friday sale but that doesn't help me because I can't buy the item. They offer an option to put a different shipping address than the billing address, which is standard. I have my billing on a po box and of course this item needs to ship to my physical address. I filled out separate address info and response is that they can't ship anywhere other than billing address. Try using billing address same as shipping and it rejects the order because that address doesn't match what's on file with credit card. Worthless

I have been working with this company for 7 years now. there service is incredibly fast. even living in alaska I am able to get the parts I need with very little down time on my compressor. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I bought a brand new compressor that did not work at the job site. I brought it back to the store to exchange it for another one and was charged. I never saw if it worked. They pulled it to the back and claimed it worked. Be careful, and make sure the compressor you buy works before you leave if you do not want to lose money and time.
