We purchased our first EV (2023 Bolt EUV) from Platt Auto yesterday. They gave us a great trade in on our 2012 Highlander (much better than other dealerships), but the real differentiator was Peter's expertise and extensive knowledge of EVs. When we arrived, I shared our budget and must-have's. Once Peter had the trade-in value, he printed out a list of all the EVs on the lot that fit our requirements. We test drove four and ended up with the Bolt. There was no haggling and no pressure at any point. We visited three other dealerships and the reps knew little to nothing about the EVs we test drove, much less EVs broadly. I will be recommending Platt to anyone who asks from now on.

6 stars if we could give 'em. Peter was the most informative, honest, considerate car salesperson we've EVER experienced. When he learned who the car was for, he directed all his questions and comments to her directly instead of dealing with the guy (me). Test driving was easily arranged, even when we changed desired cars mid-visit. And the pricing was completely transparent and reasonable. We cannot recommend Platt Auto Group highly enough - they're terrific.

I worked with Peter to purchase a used Bolt EUV. Peter was extremely knowledgeable about electric vehicles and also about the federal rebate incentive. I really respect that he did not try to push me to purchase a vehicle. He answered all my questions honestly, professionally, and with great detail.
Prices were very fair with no hidden options tacked on at the end. It would be difficult to find a used EV vehicle cheaper than what is available here. Even if there were cheaper options, I would pay a bit more just for the service I received here.

We purchase two cars from Platt Auto Group one being a Nissan leaf and a Tesla model 3. Both times were quick and easy thanks to Ray. He’s a kind soul with a lot of patience. Great people !

I have bought not 1 but 2 EVs from Platt in the last year with Jack. 2nd was after my 1st was deemed a Total Loss due to a No Fault Collision.
Both times were low pressure transactions, no dealer BS, No mandatory add-ons. Anyone buying a Used EV, I tell them Platt is the way to go.

I have been lurking this site for years. Finally I bought a 2022 Leaf SV in perfect condition. No sales pressure, no haggling. Mark was so cool about everything. They took care of the used green vehicle rebate and I got $4000 off on a new to me Leaf (this is pending on my taxes but I pay more than than each year). Very happy with my purchase and recommend this dealer for used electric cars.

I had an excellent experience at Platt Auto. I was looking to pick up a used EV eligible for the $4000 tax credit. We worked with Ray who was extremely knowledgeable about EVs--and a longtime driver himself--and transparent about the pros and cons of each make and model. I also appreciated that the price listed is the price you will pay so you don't have to play the typical dealership games. Would go back to Platt in heartbeat.

Omg these guys are AMAZING!! This is literally the ONLY car buying experience in 40 years that didn’t feel stressed and creepy. Zero buyer remorse, because I felt zero pressure. They are so laid back, they know these cars are awesome deals and they are super comfortable that the product speaks for itself. No hard sell, no desperate tactics. No rush. Only that someone else will get it if you don’t, lol. But that comes from you, the Buyer, knowing how fast deals move. They are certified fed rebate location so don’t do that unethical weird thing of building the rebate into a price and falsely advertising. Not everyone qualifies for the rebate…and these guys don’t use it as a scam like other dealers are doing this Summer! These guys are in this because they are passionate about EVs. The first guy we talked to is actually the President of oregon EV organization….So they know all the things you could ever wonder about. Secondly, they are nice and gracious and laid back. Best deals in town and believe me I checked. You should too, or just save yourself time and go here. :)

They get busy a lot and have plenty of EVs to look at. We ended up traveling to Seattle to buy, but we'll look here in the future if we're in the market again. The only issue is phone calls. It's best to just show up and talk with a salesperson.

Purchasing a car from Platt Auto Group was the one time in my life where I can say that my car buying experience was a pleasure! Peter spent hours with us educating us about EVs and brainstorming which car would best meet our needs. Because Platt stocks only EVs, and has a wide variety of makes and models, we were able to test drive 6 cars in one afternoon to find the one we liked. Pricing was good compared to other sellers too. Unlike some dealers, they are also very knowledgeable about the state and federal tax incentives for purchasing a used EV. I would definitely buy another vehicle here and highly recommend this seller to anyone curious about getting an EV.
