DO NOT do business with this company. They steal from your bank account. I only used their services for 1month, August 2023. I canceled it because I moved out of state. 4x I called. 4th, they said doesn't matter how many times I call them and ask. They require a letter to cancel. I sent 2 letters last year. Only to find out they never stopped stealing my money. Best believe that I am getting a lawyer because they're doing this all illegally! Reported to Better business bureau.

Love this gym! After three years at 24hr Fitness I switched and it was so worth it. It's much cleaner, lacks the toxic masculinity, and the massage chairs are incredible.

I come here when I'm in town on visits and it's a great spot for a drop in. Friendly staff, all the machines and weights you need, very clean, and chill atmosphere.

I've been going to Planet for almost 2 years, and love how the way it runs is much different compared to a few months ago. The managers are super nice & very helpful, and a good quality gym for the price, limited equipment compared to other gyms, but by far my fav. ?
