Sign on bathroom says its for paying customers only, I spent money just to open the door to a bathroom covered in feces and urine without any toilet liners or toilet paper. Absolutely awful careless employees.

Only 24 hour convenience store by my area. Employees are generally friendly, prices are about what you would expect. Only major issue is this area is crackhead central. Expect to get harassed and threatened by undesirables loitering around outside if you go here. Feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with this garbage, they don’t get paid enough.

Poor customer service! Employees are not pleasant. Items are marked wrong or don't ring up correctly.

I find that these Plaid places can be quite entertaining. I was raised with only 7-11 being my convenient store. Plaids are some of the crackieat of cracky stores ever. It's a crackhead watering hole, but I actually like the store people who work there and grew to care. I'll hang out sometimes walking my pups and chat with the clerk on break. Good people, store prices suck for most part, but f it, they got ya by the balls!! Only 24hr store, cause the 711 is out there some where hiding on some corner in the dark.

Not 24 hours. If it's staffing issues then say that, but the paper on the door doesn't say anything about staffing issues

The clerks are wonderful and polite. They get you with a smile. The gas attendant if he's can be found is slow during the day shift. There are some hours there are no gas attendant on duty and you have to pump your own gas. The store is airways clean along with the restroom.

I've came here a few times. Generally, the experience has been decent, I've even become friendly with one of the staff members who runs the register. Recently, there looks to have been a new hire there who is insufferable. Each time I have attempted to make small talk or even just purchase my items, she has an attitude that makes me feel as though I'm a bother, and never does she smile or engage in any conversation. All in all, she leaves me feeling as though I should have chosen somewhere else to shop - and that's what I'll likely be doing looking forward.

Came into this store at 2 am and there were 2 cashiers. Both cashiers helping customers I was next in line. The male cashier went out to kindly help a lady with her car. The lady cashier was dealing with a customers card being declined over and over again. I asked the cashier after waiting about 5 min if she could ring me up real quick since I had cash and a quick transaction while her other customer figured out what was going on with her card. The cashier rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even ask me what I wanted she carded me for my cigarettes and took my money. Didn’t apologize for the wait or even thank me for coming in. I wasn’t rude and even thanked her for helping me. People like her don’t make me want to spend my money there anymore.

The older gentleman clerk is a real A××HOLE.. Dirty counters around the coffee station and it's always out of creamer. Compared to other plaid Pantry's this one is me least favorite..

I have always been treated with respect here and I respect them as well. They put up with a lot of people who are not respectful. I've been coming here for years now and I never knew anyone who worked there to be anything but nice to me and my family.

I purchased a tank of gas from this Plaid Pantry and went into inquire about using the ladies room. I was told there wasn't a public restroom, I informed the cashier that I was a paying customer and have a heart medication that has a side effect of frequent urination. He told me I couldn't use the restroom, the station attendant took pity on me and said to follow him and he entered the code for the restroom. The manager/owner then yelled at him not to let me in the bathroom. I didn't want to get the employee in trouble, so I left.

Worst experience in a long time. This evening my husband entered the store (7:18pm) and while I waited in the car I realized the guy at the counter has mask pulled all the way down covering his chin. When my husband got back into the truck i asked him if then that was helping him had his masked pulled down or was I just seeing things. He said " Yeah, he just told me that he tells every customer that Plaid pantry doesn't care if we wear masks and if they do they never tell me"I am sure this company knows the rules about masks and why we have to wear them. Honestly I will never come back here especially with having employees act the way that man did.
