I came here just after 1130.pm and there is a sign on the door that said to push the red button for windows service. So I push the red button and I can see that the old man can see me but he ignores me to continue stoking the cigarettes and he is I'm no hurry whatsoever! He finishes after 3 trips back and forth and he returns to the counter to get the carton box and doesn't throw it away immediately, instead he just kinda looks at the cigarettes and I decided to leave...as I get to my car he is at the window! I don't believe that he wouldn't have a moment later in his shift where nobody was waiting to finish stocking! How rude! I will bring my business elsewhere THANKS RUDE MAN! Who ever the manager is should seriously reconsider his intentions for the company he is working for because you will continue to loose business when ybere is no consideration for the customer! Thanks much

I have never been to this location, however, I want to thank the female employee who contacted the police after she saw a suspect with an infant in the car last night (Monday night). I believe that she is responsible for saving the life of that baby boy, and ending the suspects reign of terror and life of crime. Without her attentive behavior and quick response he would not have been caught so quickly. (Or perhaps, not at all)

African American man with long hair needs to learn how to have respect and just do his job. Telling a young woman how “sexy” she is and proceeds to take the initiative to try and run after her outside to get her number. I believe he should get his priorities straight and focus on his job.

The staff is very nice. However there is an issue with one of the employees who works by herself constantly having to lock AND chain the door because she works by herself at night. I understand this is a rough area, but there are late night shift workers (such as security officers) who come here for coffee and or their lunch breaks. With window only access they are unable to do this.This location needs to be properly and safely staffed at night to allow access as it's a 24 hour location, for more than just tobacco and alcohol availability.

The young woman that was working at the register yesterday (Wednesday 02/07/24 @ ~4pm) was absolutely amazing and was being very patient with my elderly friend. I appreciated her very much.

What kind of plaid pantry is closed for 8 hours at night when 2 workers are inside. What would the owners think…. No explanation either? Normally am fine with the homlessness loitering and the normal night workers are awesome but these new workers closing the store at 9:30pm until 6am? Basically you’re doing nothing all shift? Nah they need to be fired, close your store maybe 1-2 hours at most, 8 hours is completely rediculous. Basically doing nothing behind the counter for 8 hours… 0 explanation. Incredible.

This morning, the Pantry front man stole the change back of my husband. It was just 8 dlls that he needed to get back, instead he became Hostile and aggressive, kicking him outvof the store. He kept the 8 dlls is just another L**** after all.Pantry, be careful who you hire, this type of individuals is ripping your customers.

New gentleman in the morning is loud and I really appreciate it. Parking lot seems a bit cleaner, less zombies early and I don't feel like I am going to get accosted by tweekers. All the time.It was getting so bad I stopped going for the simple onensy or twsey things. Please keep it up it was getting very dangerous and still is not 100percent.We deserve better on this island.

The store is always stocked, clean, and employees are very attentive.When I arrived an intoxicated person came to my car as if to get in, I immediately got out and locked the door. When I went inside, the store employee informed me they had been watching everything and had called the Police as I was not the only person confronted by the intoxicated person.That could have happened anywhere. But not everywhere do store employees go over and above to ensure the safety of their customers!Thank you,From the women in the Black Mercedes!
