Not sure what's going on but the blond lady has a tendency to over charge and short my change. Kind of over it.

Stopped in just now to grab a snack. Doors are locked. Employee is walking around inside. Waited 18 minutes out front. 5 customers stopped and left. No sign on door. Not very convenient when not open. Customer said he was leaving to go to 7-11.

Least convenient "Convenience Store" in the area. Just 3 walkable blocks from my home, used to be great when they could keep the place open 24/7/365. Since the pandemic it has been closed from 12am-5am, and often it is closed more than that. I used to walk to this store every night. now I almost always drive there because I figure I'm probably going to have to go somewhere else to shop. When I do get in, the items I want often have not been restocked. This is a hard place to work and there has been a lot of employee turn over. I wish it could get better, but without reliable employees, this place will continue to decline.

Just had a very hurtful interaction with the women working there. More specifically one woman, a bit older with gray hair. I just got off night shift in my unit and my boyfriend came to pick me up to get coffee. We get to plaid and I ask him to park in one of the side spots so I can change out of my scrubs before we go in. As soon as we get to the door, signs up "be back soon" so we move the car to the front to wait until they're back. It's almost an hour before we're able to go in. And yes we should've left but I saw a woman go in and figured it was just shift change. My boyfriend even went and knocked when he finally saw someone and got a "10 more minutes" hand sign. Finally go in, and I overhear the gray haired woman say "watch these ones, they were the ones outside". Already thought that was rude but whatever. Finally get to the register and first Thing she said is "you can't park in the lot for so long, it's considered loitering" , like, we were waiting for you to open up. Then she said that the way we pulled in slowly and parked on the side made her think we were going to rob the store so she immediately locked the doors on us when she got inside. She told us that! And how they hardly ever lock the doors but they did on us. WTF. Why would you even tell someone That?? Telling us how suspicious we were acting by literally parking the car, and said "as women your actions scared us". Like what am not a woman too?? It's 5 am, wearing a hoodie and shorts and a baseball cap. Not even a mask! It honestly made me want to cry. After a long night that just kinda ruined my day. The brown haired woman was trying to be nice about it. But the gray haired one is definitely stereotyping everyone coming in. Could've just rang us up and been on our way but nope, had to tell us all that. We could've been gone out of the lot an hour ago! And not been "loitering" but they locked us out. So, be careful going here. They might think you're going to rob the store when you park your car. Bad customer service and rude employees.

Literally not open 24 hours.I'm sure they're "sorry I didn't feel welcome" per the other canned responses to bad reviews, but it might be helpful if they just updated their hours instead of attempting to run a disingenuous 1993 quality effort to respond to customers without actually addressing anything.Either raise your wages to be able to staff your store appropriately, or update your hours.
