Had to leave a review after stopping by this Plaid Pantry on Thursday, July 10th at 8:45 PM, because the cashier working at that exact time has mastered the art of great customer service and deserves the recognition!

Price gouging, especially in Low income areas. It’s Outrageous, how you can pay for a small Red Bull And gum for almost $10. Most definitely will never come Here Again boycott.

Go in here for a large fountain drink and they don't have large lids so when I switch it to a medium she tries to still charge me for the large cup still even tho they didn't have lids I couldn't believe that they were gonna charge me for a cup that THEY were out of lids for that is so stupid I said then I wasn't buying anything and walked out don't know what that lady was thinking but I won't ever go in there again the lady was a older lady with tattoos on lower half of arms hope she sees this and realizes how stupid that was

The retail workers here are super nice! Nothing negative towards them. I do have a HUGE problem with the beer key being attached to a stuffed animal….an object not easily sanitized after being used by MANY MANY people in one day. I kindly voiced my concern to one cashier who told me “don’t worry, the owner is getting a new one, we get that a lot.” Whoever is in charge of this establishment PLEASE, I beg you, put the key on something that has a hard surface and can actually be sanitized. This is NASTY and not cute :(

I love this location and I love the employees. Candice (I think that’s how it’s spelled) is so sweet and so helpful, and the other employees have always been so helpful. I enjoy shopping here for coffee, chocolate, and of course Darrell Lea licorice! Best prices around.

In the middle of my transaction after, i paid waiting for change, the super smug cashier jon or juan or something, start arguing with the other clerk about breaks and what time he was getting off. They just walked away from me to decide what time the guy could go. Got tired of waiting for change so I just left. Smug guy says "sorry sir" as im walking out the door. Don't be sorry, maybe finish helping customers before arguing about the schedule.

The fat chick working the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Talking about an incident that happened in the past to another employee, using a lot of profanity and aggression sounded like the incident was provoked by her too. No customer service and will not be using this store anymore.

Super rude cashiers, store is usually not very clean. Dude scanned my ID for an alcohol purchase. Fine. Then he wanted to scan my husband’s ID, who was standing outside with our dog. Mind you we are nearly 3 times over the age of 21 and we’ve been coming into this store a couple days a week for years. I had to tell him to give me my ID back because he had it out of my reach. Never coming to this store again, telling everyone I know not to come here.

Went to get cigarettes didn’t have a mask they told me I needed one so I get upset go get my mask come back say a comment and they refused to serve me The old man and the guy with the long hair are punks been going there for years not anymore. Ps the girl be taking breaks too much and locks up the doors lol

Earlier tonight, my Darling Husband and myself were using the Amazon Lockers inside this Plaid Pantry store at Southeast 122nd and Market Streets. When I walked in the younger white woman who is one of the Clerks at the Front remarked about how I could not use the Restroom for some reason out loud. Apparently, she is Very Racist. I was not in the store for that anyway. After my Husband and I concluded our business we left. We will not shop at Plaid Pantry stores. And, this was the first time I had even been inside this specific Plaid Pantry location. As usual, there was a Creepy older white man standing outside the front of this Plaid Pantry. I'm glad my Husband was by my side.
