There was a gentlemen in front of me that paid using $100 bill and bought something for 99 cents. The racist with the face piercings behind the counter short changed him $10 and was taking way to long to even give him his change so the guy asks if it’s his first day and dude gets extremely rude and scoffs at him then the guy counts his money tells him he’s short changed and the guy gets even ruder and then when I get to the counter the guy wants to mumble under his breath “Jesus, racial slur”. And I told him that he shouldn’t mumble under his breath something like that especially when he’s the one in the wrong and then he got all defensive saying that he wouldn’t help me. Customer service doesn’t seem to be his thing and he shouldn’t look down on people because of their social status. You work at plaid

The employees are very nice, but they don't put the hours for open or close for Breaks etc they should put it on Google for the people who are planning to go to now the hours but over all they are very nice and the place is cleaner then 2 yo

Aggressive meth heads are always outside this store. Thu burn plastic for no reason right next to the building, so it smells like burnt plastic and fecal matter.

They discriminate and refuse to serve disabled people at this store. Avoid at all costs if you are disabled and boycott this store if you have loved ones with disabilities or care about the disabled community at all.

I know it's a thing ever since the unfortunate passage of Measure 110, but come on. Open air drug dealing right out front in the store property at night time with everything in plain view, miniature gram scale and all. Kids? Don't even think about bringing them here at night.

This was my main corner store. Two street away from home. I don’t even bother now. They close early. The rare times they are open after 11 the doors are closed. They make you order through a windows while you wait outside in the cold. Not cool. I will be planning better grocery trips to avoid spending the $100+ I spent at plaid every month.

Haha They try. But keeping up on the cleanness seems difficult. The activity that happens in this parking lot is so sketchy. You see fights drug deal and even the doors locked and you get stuck outside waiting. The employees are really nice.
