I really hope management sees this. Seems strange to rate a Plaid Pantry. But I stopped in tonight and the woman working was so high - we had several customers waiting in line and we all gave up. She could barely stand let alone ring anyone up. It was very sad. She clearly needs help. I'm just posting this in hop management sees it.

They keep the straws behind the counter. I don't know why. The cashier said it was the law. Why would that be a law?
Also, why is there a Giant sheet of plexiglass barrier between the cashier's counter and the store? I'm full-on confused. Maybe it's bulletproof?
I know. The employees must've been assaulted by the unruly, unhoused masses, and their barrage of spitwads one too many times. The attacks.... done with Plaid's own tissue and straw, no less.

If frustration had a name it would be this place at 4 a. I love this store and the people that work here but they really got to figure out their overnight shift

Frequent here quite a bit usually in the afternoons, but the few times I've stopped at night the employees have been just as great! Lines never long.

Was wrongly accused of pouring alcohol into my water bottle after buying alcohol in the store. I used the remaining ice from the bag I purchased into my hyrdoflask, and then filled it with a water bottle from my car.False accusations and lack of any respect from management..as he told me to get out once I requested footage of said incident. Drive 3 minutes up the street, this store and some of the workers there are absolute garbage.

If you come at night and see a sign saying "be back in 15" or whatever, and you decide to wait. You will be waiting ALL night. The clerk literally just stood outside and stared at me waiting to be let in for like 40 minutes because I really needed something. Asked him nicely when his break was over and he told me to kick rocks. So yeah.

Why is this location always closed around 430-630am?! I'm super frustrated that this is supposed to be a 24 hour location yet it seems to be closed. Super unprofessional, and frustrating. This has been going on for months.

To the owner of this franchisee: this place has been “closed” more times than I’ve tried to go there, can’t really call this a “convenient” store with all the random closing times.

Supposedly closed at 7:30 because I could see the lady working . Called to see what was going on and got asked “can you read?” Are you kidding me? Will not be back.
