Horrible service. They lock up the beer and you have to give them your ID. They give you a key and you have to unlock and re lock their janky fridge doors to get a single beer. All because they are too stupid to stop kids from walking out with stolen goods. Put cameras and monitors at the front of the store that shows a clear face that each person can see coming and going and the theft will stop. Why inconvenience the people who keep the store afloat.

You know who doesn't close randomly for 6 hours when they say they're open 24 hours a day, 7/11! Be a decent business owner and reflect your accurate hours.. it's not like I'm asking you to provide health care for your workers or even a living wage.. it can't possibly be too much to ask for you to be open when you say you are.. ?

I asked the two ladies at the counter 1/22/23 3:00PM for a simple squirt of hand sanitizer. They laughed at me. Told me to buy some. I’m just standing there with sticky hands absolutely baffled they wouldn’t give me a squirt of hand sanitizer. It’s inhumane. Your million dollar corporation can handle hand sanitizer for customers. Your counter ladies need their attitudes checked.Now, I’m just waiting for the same reply they give all the other reviews! What a joke. Terrible management that doesn’t care.

Not open 24 hours, this is false!! Just stopped by and of course they're closed again, with a handwritten note on the door stating: "We will reopen at 9:45."

Always closed so we just stopped trying. The copy and paste responses on all these one star reviews are pretty weak too... maybe offer higher wages so you can keep more than one person on staff and operate within established business hours?

Google advertises open 24 hours, showed up @ 5:30 to find “open @ 6:30” paper sign. Come back at 6:30 and waited 15 minutes for nothing. Tried calling the # listed and no answer. What a waste— why not just close this store and leave the one further down south on 45th open.

The old white hair manager is a racist she was rude to me and would allow to use the restroom knowingly that i work a known parcel company and told me to use the public restroom at the rec center after I bought something and I stop there every time I'm the area delivery for a break ? all the other employees let use the restroom
