2:50 am and the doors are chained shut, but all the lights are on and there's no sign outside indicating why they're closed. This is literally the fourth one I've been to in the last 15 minutes that has been closed with the doors changed in the exact same manner. Is this company policy now? Please put a sign out or change your hours online. This is ridiculous.

Plaid has lost a daily customer over a $.05 paper-bag and an indifferent employee. I stopped in today and grabbed 4 drinks for almost a $10 purchase that I make several times a week. Today I happened to be on the phone with my mother as I was checking out, but I stopped twice during my conversation to request a bag. My mom heard me both times. Once the transaction was complete, I again asked for a bag because my drinks were still sitting on the counter. The employee defensively told me that I would need to give him five cents because he didn't hear me. My mother told me that she heard me both times, I informed the employee of this and told him I did not have any cash which would mean I have to run my debit card which would cost the store $.50 which would be ridiculous for a $.05 bag. The employee refused to give me the bag and encouraged another customer who stepped in and started threatening to beat me up for being rude to the rude cashier. As a rule, I try very hard to never be rude to the person on the other side of the counter because I have been there, but when I am on the other side of the counter, I take care of my customers and I would never dream of charging a customer $.05 for a bag in the scenario that I was in today.

Come here on the regular. Last night bought a product with visible mold on it, was never given a receipt, went back tonight to exchange it and Cody working at the front wouldn't exchange it and said I would need to come back when the same guy I bought it from is working. Terrible customer service need employees trained better than that.

White tweaker dude with a hat who had dark circles almost like panda eyes aka tweaker. Anyway. Bad bad confrontation. He was mouthy! It was 2/15/21 about 10:00.Anyone who rides a bicycle as their mode of transportation isn't worth my time personally but my friend likes drama and he was wanting some!

Purchased burrito from store on 9/8 at around 10:15. Burrito exploded in microwave after following instructions on wrapper (70 seconds). Employee would not issue refund or replacement.
