Not open 24 hours. They won't hire enough people so they close randomly so the ONE employee can take a break, which they are absolutely legally required and deserving to have. Hire more people and stop being cheap.

I pretty much always like any Plaid I go to. This one's cool too.IDK who's reading these. Maybe I shouldn't say anything.Just be cool to everybody behind a counter, anywhere.

They're employees are constantly closing the door closing the store down there is a sign that says will be back today. I was there at 2:45. The door was closed chained up. I waited 25 minutes. Nobody came to open the door. This is not the first time I live around the corner I made my decision not going to shop there any longer because I wasted my time way too many times especially if you pull up around seven or six door is always closed how they're making money I have no idea how the management doesn't know something is not right because I live here for the past 25 years. This is my store that I always used to go to until now.

We just moved to the neighborhood. Our first time here this morning. We were a little short changed and the is a bucket on the counter that says thank you for your kindness so I reached in and pulled out 15 cents and set it with my change. The cashier watched me the whole time and as son as I put the change on the counter her looked at me and he rudly said NO and put the change back in the bucket and kept counting my change I brought in. So I looked at him and said we are not allowed to use the change and he rudely said no and kept counting. I stood their in complete shock at his behavior and service. My boyfriend asked him why we couldn't use the kindness change jar and my boyfriend picked it up and if you are standing on the cashiers side it doesn't say thank you for your kindness it says "tips". This guy's was absolutely rude and cold. Definitely does not need to be in customer service. It is 5 am and people stop their on the way to get their day started. No one needs deserves such ugliness and meaness to start their day. Good Riddance Plaid Pantry.

Plaid pantry is known for being open 24hours, including this location. I arrived at 2am on February 2nd, to be told the store was closed and would be open again at 6am.. while the employee stood outside smoking. I feel the employee simply didn't want to tend to her responsibility of being an employee. Shameful.

So much for being a 24hr convince store. I Stoped by around 12 am and was told they were closed for the night?? ? The same overweight Latina woman just closes the store whenever she feels like it. This has happened to me several times at this location and I'm sure it happens more then that. I hope shes not being paid to sit in the back and do nothing all night. Not to mention she's incredibly rude to customers. I cant believe she even still works there. If you cant work nights then get a different job.

I was literally told, by the manager, he had "bigger things going on" when I asked for the items I came in for. Who does that?! There wasn't anyone else in the store. This isn't the first time he's made me wait so he could do his thing. Usually, he's talking on the phone or to another employee. He's kicking out good customers because his attitude is in the way of keeping us. How is this even allowed?

The night staff are ignorant, inconsiderate and disrespectful, they make up lies to cover up their inadequacy, and close the store most hours of the night, claiming to stock the shelves, but anybody who lives nearby knows the reality is they just close the store, I have no idea why they think of this as acceptable behavior, it's dumbfounded how needless this stores issues truly are, the daytime staff are no better, I wanted to believe they had some decency, but alas, they too, have shown complete incompetence, delusional arrogance, and relentless disregard for the local community and their needs, so ironic to be one of the hungry people that's banned from their uncouth little wonderland, segregated from true reality, And for the record, banning homeless people Becuase they lose their temper over the staff disingenuously running the store is not a realistic solution for feeding the hungry. What's worse! To then have one apologize to each of the staff, even the ones who didn't deserve it, and then go back on your own word, and exclude them access to the only place they can go for food that's close enough to we're they feel safe leaving their tiny little camper, to get some much needed sustenance, forcing them to go further then they could handle, which left them without a truck Because it got stolen while they had to go on foot to find food at the nearest convenience store, which after midnight is pretty much only the 7/11 on foster and 102nd, Because the 7:11 on Flavel and the shell on Foster were both indefinitely closed for some god awful reason, is absolutely just fascism at its finest, jee! thanks for everything PLAID! You Pantry Douce Bag!

A true neighborhood store. The staff here is top notch. They really care about the community they serve. They've gone above and beyond to continue to deliver fantastic customer service through incredibly challenging circumstances during the pandemic.
