This place is AWFUL! Doesn't deserve even 1 star! Won't answer their phone, very unprofessional. Botched the piercing of my granddaughters ear, gun misfired, he tried to force it in. Tried it again it went it. However he never checked the backs and should have since he was having issues with the gun. Back came off in three days and we were able to get it back in and put a silicone back on. I called the so called "manger" she said come in in two weeks after healed and they would swap out the earring. Since then we have called continually, and made two trips to the mall trying to resolve. No one there knows anything about it and they won't answer their phone so I can get the manager to leave a note for the tending staff that she has approved this. I should have listened to the prior reviews and stayed away from this place. BEWARE this place is having issues, they admitted to with behavior of employees and management is worthless!

The people that pierced my infant daughters ear were very nice but I was told her ears had to be pierced further back as she was an infant and they would move forward. now that she’s almost one they are super far back and people comment on how far back they are all the time. This is a bummer as they also look crooked to me. I wish they would repierce them but I spend a lot of money the first time.

Excellent experience with Reed today doing a first time piercing for our 9 year old daughter, myself, and my husband. He was very patient with our daughter and he explained everything thoroughly to us. Really appreciate his time and attention to detail to make sure our piercings looked great.

Had to get my ear lobes re-pierced after not wearing earrings for a long time. Booked an appointment with Banter and I’m so glad I did! The piercing was quick, and surprisingly pain-free. I was happy with the price and picked out a cute pair of earrings. I am delighted with the experience, would highly recommend!

Our 15-year-old daughter had a wonderful experience at Piercing Pagoda for an ear lobe piercing with Reed! Piercing Pagoda sells fabulous titanium piercing earrings that we were not able to find at other stores. Reed was outstanding! He explained everything so thoroughly and spent a great deal of time with us. His work area was clean and organized. And, most importantly, he made her laugh and put her at ease. We are so grateful! Highly recommend!

Jodi was rude and had no concept of multiple customer handling. She complained to us about her having to drive and commute from Clackamas, since "everyone quit here". She was also very clear to inform us that she was late for her lunch and therefore, after she chit chatted with her previous customer she informed me she would not have time to work with me.
