The service, the speed, the knowledgable and thoughtful staff, everything! We needed to have a warranty card replicated in a very short amount of time and Keri and her team made it happen. I really appreciate their straightforward communication, and follow up on making sure the print layout and paper quality was what we were looking for. Just an awesome experience all around. Great job!

I placed an order on March 3rd for envelopes. I approved a proof through their website. After a month, I had not received my order so I checked on the status, it was still asking for an approval. I approved the proof again and then emailed and called them on 4/12 to make sure the order would be filled, I did not hear back. I emailed again on 4/20, asking about the order again, this time I received a reply saying the order was "on track to be finished early next week". I did receive a call from Patrick after this, he said there was some sort of issue and that he was waiting on a finish date for the order but assured me it would be finished early the next week. On 5/4, two weeks later... I called asking about the order , they did not have it finished. I spoke with a woman (who was very nice) she said all of their orders had a three day turn around and had no idea why it would take that long, she said they would get to the bottom of it. I received a call back from Patrick and he said the order would be completed by Friday. I'm guessing it still had not been started. The order was cancelled. There are plenty of other print businesses that have quick turn around good product.

The company is always just as good as its representative or employees. But of course, a company that produces something it's also about reliability and quality. So let's address the latter first Phoenix media has more than be reliable when it comes to our printing jobs they are on time they keep up to their promises and they even make sometimes magic happen when you are in a hurry. This is the reason why I love to work with a local company instead of one of those bigger companies that just do not even have the chance to care about every single customer I have the feeling Phoenix media does. The pricing is most reasonable and fair but I'm OK with even paying a buck more when I have the special services. that's it that's was sad in the beginning it is always also about the employees that represent the company and stands up for the values or simply put care for customers The representative I work with has always responded fast and made even small corrections or recommendations on our print material to make sure everything comes out as it should basically I love working with Phoenix Miriam to have our small printing drop done fair priced fast and correct!

Update....Ordering again today. This place can't be beat. Thanks Patrick..I have dealt with Ron for over a decade now...amazing place. Fast... Just had some Mirror Hangers designed by Patrick. We get all of our business cards here....Printed Price Tags... This place is a gem. It is sad that these people only have a handful of reviews...with thousands of happy customers like me...Don't hesitate. A great NW company. Blane

Patrick from Phoenix Media was quick at responding to all my questions over the phone, helped write up the order and made it so easy for me to confirm it. The quality of the product was good, I did 2nd day air for shipping, confirmed my order on Monday morning and received the product, 250 booklets, by Wednesday afternoon. Great service, fast, personal, friendly, thank you so much as I was under a demanding time constrain!

Had a bunch of flyers to print double sided glossy heavy paper stock, they came out great! Staff were great! I am impressed with the quality of the print, the value and timeline I will be doing all my reprints her for sure.

Absolute 11 out of 10 experience today with Phoenix Media. I had procrastinated getting this project done and had to find someone who could print next day. Phoenix said yes. I was literally on the phone with my team, our designer, and Patrick back and forth as we got this finished. He stayed after hours to help me finish. He walked me through the process and volunteered to put a little extra work in to make out flyers better. I couldn't be happier. Thank ya'll SO SO MUCH

I was recently in the market for a large print order for my business. Phoenix media has come highly recommended by local friends who I've asked about printing services. I contacted them asking for a quote and gave all my specifications in full detail and told someone would return my call promptly. I missed a phone call from a representative letting me know they had a quote ready for me. I called back 3 times in the following days and was unable to reach anyone in time to send them my print order and give them my business. The customer service i received on the phone was great but there is apparently an issue managing clients. I would love if management would like to reach out to me to resolve this issue, as i have more print jobs in the future and would love if my mind could be changed about this local company I've heard so many great things about.
