“I was intitially reluctant to let this store into my life. The membership card was somewhat of a deterrent but i eventually let my guard down and crawled in on all fours. Good pocket knifes and snacks. Friendly staff with lots of experience not only at bi mart but in life. If you need advice about something that has been eroding you from the inside. Dont be afraid to ask for help. The staff here have been through many experiences in life and can offer some wisdom and advice in what may be a dark and trying time for you. Love my new pocket knife!”

“After getting fed up with Rite Aid pharmacies, I took a chance with Division Pharmacy. Frankly, I am blown away. From the first time I called this pharmacy to inquire of their services, Isabella and Zee have been quick to answer the phone, have taken time to answer questions, have quickly filled my Rx’s, notified me as soon as they were ready for pickup. I had one Rx that was not going to work for me, so Isabella communicated with my Dr’s office to make a change for me. Today I was at my Dr’s office. My Dr submitted a new Rx for me while I was there. Before I even left the building, my phone was ringing. It was Isabella calling to tell me my Rx was ready. ??? WHAT? I have never had such stellar service. And, these people down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Division Pharmacy!”

“These guys are THE BEST. I work for a doctor's office and whenever any of our providers order a compounded medication, we always use Lloyd Central Compounding Pharmacy. Their customer service is top notch, both to our patients, and when we have to call in prescriptions. If I ever need a compounded Rx, I know where I will fill it!”
“NewEra has been amazing to work with. I’ve gone to other pharmacies before for my IVF medications claiming they were cheaper and they aren’t by a long shot. NewEra is always hundreds of dollars less than their competitors. I love that when I call I can actually talk to the pharmacist about the medications. I had so many questions and they had a nurse I can talk to as well. Her name was Jenna and did the best education for the meds. It helped ease my anxiety so much!I am definitely going to refer all my friends there and if I ever need to go through IVF again I will always be using them.”

“I was only printing a single 5x7 photo so I gave it like an hour before I went to pick it up. And even then still did a bunch of shopping before going to the photo counter. It wasn’t ready yet but the guy behind the counter was super kind and got it printed immediately so I didn’t have to stand around waiting some more. Really nice guy with good customer service”

“I've been using this pharmacy for about a year. My prescriptions are often running out during time periods that I'm busy on night shift stretches. This pharmacy manages to fill my prescriptions often in under 30min. Rebecca deserves a raise as she managed to transfer a prescription from a separate pharmacy, fill it, and get it ready for pickup in under an hr. She was off the clock 10min later and could have easily placed that as a problem for tomorrow. Beautiful job to you all. Thank you.”
“Best pharmacy I've EVER used.Not only do I get delivery bc of my agoraphobia, but every call back I get, when I've had to leave messages, is usually called back within an hour.Special shout out to Raquel, who not only exhibited extra kindness and patience, but shared some of her personal experiences with me to ease my anxiety. I am beyond grateful for her time especially, but all in all, a great bunch of people. Great pharmacy, great group of employees as well. Thank you.”
“I have not had the experience of the one star reviews.I started using this pharmacy because I called them when I first moved to Portland and someone just picked up and talked to me. No automated answering machine, no corporate script, just a normal conversation from person to person, and they kind and patient answering my questions and getting me set upI have adored this pharmacy ever since. They have helped me through a few medication shortages, and have certainly never been particularly rude. Maybe a little direct, but that’s part of why I love these folks. No one puts on the customer-service face for you. You’re just a human being interacting with another human being and that’s not something to take for granted in todays healthcare world.Yes, they require a mask to enter. Yes, the mandate has been lifted. But it’s a pretty simple ask from a mom and pop pharmacy imo. If you can’t respect it, that’s your problem and there are plenty of other pharmacies.”

“I had some absolutely horrificly bad experiences with the rite aid and Walgreens closest to where I live. They were dismissive, didn't listen, and even hung up on me when calling... When I was even able to get through to them that is, they'd usually place me on hold for 2+ hours. It actually almost made me have a mental breakdown, it was that bad.This pharmacy has always been very responsive, they answer the phone, and they actually help. After my traumatic experience with the other places this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air and I truly appreciate their help.”
“2 winters ago during the ice storm I got stuck for 6 hours trying to make my normal 15 minute commute. I got stuck twice and was about to leave my car somewhere i knew it would get towed.
Then….I saw a beacon of light in the distance (the QFC sign). I pull up and they were open! There were two employees standing outside admiring the chaos that was unfolding on Burnside. I rolled down my window (crying) and asked them if I could leave my car in the parking lot for a few days until the ice melted. They said yes & that I wouldn’t get towed.
I ended up walking a mile to the max station and genuinely thought i was going to freeze right on the platform. Finally got on the train and made it home, but I couldn’t even open my front door because my fingers were so cold so my roommate had to let me in.
We stayed at home for the next 3-4 days since the ice wasn’t thawing. Eventually I made it back to QFC and my car was there & intact.
I had never shopped at QFC, heard about QFC, or honestly even noticed it was there even though I drove by it every day. But now I shop at QFC pretty often & it is genuinely because they let me leave my car there that night. Just stopped in yesterday for some detergent even thought I knew it was cheaper at another store. Also the lemon/strawberry cookies they had last spring were the best cookies I’ve ever eaten. ??”
“I went to the emergency room for two reasons and both were listened to, looked into, and explained with compassion. Unfortunately I’ve spent a lot of time in medical offices these last 7 months and I’ve never met such a sincere group of medical professionals. Thank you!”

“I thought I’d leave a positive review of this pharmacy to counterbalance all the negative ones. In my five years of getting my prescriptions filled here, I have yet to have a bad experience. Yes, sometimes there’s a wait…because other people need their prescriptions too! And yes, they close for 30 minutes mid-day so staff can get a break. The COVID pandemic took its toll on the medical profession in general. Everyone is working hard to keep us healthy. Let’s lighten up a bit and have some compassion and awareness of others, shall we?”
“Ardon Health has been taking care of me since my neurologist put me on preventative shots for my chronic migraines. Everyone one I have dealt with there has been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you get your meds as needed and on time, that you have the support supplies you need, and they assist in dealing with insurance and copay assistance programs. At Ardon, I have always felt like a person, not just a patient file.”

“I miss Neal and Twee, I have been Using this pharmacy ever since the store was built and had good luck until last week. I try to sign up for a covid shot and it would not take my entry when I came to the state. I called a store that Friday and the person there said if I come in at 10 they can help me Saturday. I came in at 10 and the pharmacist said I would have to make an appointment, I explained to her what happened and that the person that answered the phone told me to come in at 10. She acted like I was lying to her and it insulted me. I got my shots at Costco with no wait.I have decided to give them another chance.”

The only thing I dislike is how people steal so much that they have to have security guards and check our receipts before we leave society is gone almost.
