Never bring your dog here to get bath or any services all they do is lie and constantly cancel my dog appointments all they say is he’s matted and I cant bath him or give him a cut whats the purpose of doing grooming services if yall constantly make excuses I really miss the old staff cause the people there now are very unprofessional and I dont have to say names even though I should but these ladies know who they are and this is the only location that does that and the fact no pet is getting groomed at the time it is a service they have if the workers dont know that say a price for dematting today is 8-17-24 and once again they keep canceling my appointments I am a member and i spend lots of money with this facility they keep canceling my appointments this time without an explanation i have attached a pic to show proof this keep happening update 8/18/24 Just tried to book another appointment and now the app wont allow me to this is definitely fishy after i wrote these reviews pic is attached for proof

Don't go here for dog grooming. Just don't. The vibes were so weird and my standard poodle was so scared that we left and did not rebook. Normally, my dog is *very* well behaved and loves groomers, but she was cowering behind me. The groomer also said she wasn't comfortable doing the cut I wanted (a standard German cut) on my dog because she's a puppy, the cut is too complicated (it's a clipper cut), and she's matted. For one thing, my dog always gets this cut at the other groomer with no problems. For another, my dog is definitely not matted. I check her coat down to the skin for mats every day. My other groomer remarks every time on how good her coat looks. I don't trust these people one bit, and we will never be back.

Petco is me and my husband and maple favorite store to buy treats for our puppy and toys etc. Petco grooming does a great job clipping maple nails every month.

I’d give 20 stars if it were possible! I’ve never in my 66 years experienced this kind of professional customer service at a Petco or any other store I’ve done business with. I needed a life jacket for my dog with specific needs. This young man did not have what I needed. He offered before I could say thanks and goodbye, to make some calls to find what I needed. Moments later he located one at another store that he volunteered to pick up on his way home from work to deliver it back to his store so I could pick it up there tomorrow! I’ve never had this experience in customer service! Amazing job! Thank you doesn’t begin to say how grateful i am! 20 stars!

Love this store but they definitely need more staff so they can get stock put away,they always have tons of Full carts sitting around needing to be put away and only 2 employees. They are always kind❤️

Stay clear of this store if you want fish!!! Associates don’t have a clue when it comes to what fish can live in a community. Management won’t do anything for a customer that spends 1,000 of dollars.
