Great service, smaller selection than some for sure, but they have just what I need and they will put in special orders. Special orders are the only thing they give case discounts on, though they do often give me five and ten dollar discounts after spending a certain amount (never asked).

The owners were incredibly knowledgeable for all of my question asking. Their stock selection is fantastic and the shop cat was adorable! A gem of a local business! Must visit if you’re looking for good pet food and treats.

I brought in a defective product and was told that their policy wouldn’t allow the return. Aside from that unfortunate news that I would have appreciated an “I’m sorry the product didn’t perform as it said it would”I will continue to go here because it’s close to my home and I like supporting local. Think twice before you buy toys etc. If your pet comes in contact with the item then it’s nonrefundable.

i love this store, it's super close to my home and usually has what i need. i wish the selection of non-food items was better, but i understand it's a small store with limited space so i understand why it has a super curated selection of items

Great little pet supply store in Montavilla neighborhood. We buy healthy dog treats for our store there, and all the dogs love them. They also have a friendly shop dog and cat, which is always a plus.

Always welcoming and friendly here. They have most everything I need for our crazy husky at reasonable prices. When they don't, they are friendly enough to refer to other local businesses who might have what I'm looking for.

I’ve been going here for years and never had a less than 5 star experience. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection, great quality. I’d go out of my way to shop here if I needed to.
