Rented a truck from Keith. Easy, timely, no hassles. Moving is enough of a challenge as it is, and Keith made this the easiest part of the move. Newer equipment, everything worked and no surprises.

Renting a truck from these folks for a local move couldn’t have been easier. When other companies couldn’t guarantee a truck would be there on the day of a reservation—and numerous reviews showed it wasn’t!—these folks made sure our truck was there, gassed up & ready to roll. No hassle pick up & return and super helpful to work with.

I chose Penske due to a sale they had that undercut everyone else for a long-haul one-way rental. This was trip 2 of 2 and I knew Penske's equipment was always top-notch. Upon arriving, I was a little worried but that quickly faded. During check-in, there were the standard questions but nothing like what I had been through with a competitor of theirs. When I went out to do the damage assessment on the nearly brand new truck, the owner found a decent amount of damage compared to most normal people (I use to be a damage assessor). He also went over the inside components like the lights, radio, etc. Awesome experience. The truck was a 16-foot 2019 GMC with 21k miles and climbed hills like a dream. My wife drove my F250 while I followed in the box truck and except for needing to slow down in corners (expected), I was able to keep up without issues. On my first trip, I used a COMPETITORS 26 foot truck and they gave me an 18 year old worn out diesel that couldn't climb hills if it's life depended on it (35mph, really?). They had also interrogated me on my insurance when I opted not to use theirs, making me fill out additional paperwork with my insurance information and such. While I'm not in Oregon anymore, I wish this location luck. Their customer service and truck quality is so much better than their competitors.

Convenient place to return Penske trucks if you live near, but getting in and out of this lot is not simple. there is a 1/3 chance you'll be coming from the wrong way. What you want to do is enter this place heading East on canyon, because then you turn right and head straight into the diagonal entry of the parking lot. If you are heading west on canyon, you have to cross canyon in a penske and then get into the lot. The worst you can do, which is what we did, was come up towards canyon from the South and then tried to turn right. This is an extreme hard right. I ended up helping the girl returning her truck by backing into the lot for her. So keep that in mind as you head here!
