To be honest, I had no idea what Pendleton was. I just went in because there was a sign that said they were having a sale and I just happened to be walking by so I went inside to check out. The store had a unique aesthetic to it, and the patterns of the clothing and blankets were of the same realm so I could tell that it was the brand's brand. They have both men's and women's clothing, It is on the higher end ($$$) for just one piece. I will say the customer service was quite friendly and nice when I walked in. They said "What brings me in?" and I just said, "Oh, I saw The sale sign outside".

Didn't buy anything here, BUT it doesn't mean I wasn't tempted. My friend told me that the blankets here was designed and made by Native Americans, so that's pretty awesome! I'm glad there's a way to support them! Staff was nice! Very cordial and professional. Next time I'm back in town, I'd love to check this place out again.

Such a great selection and the absolute nicest, friendliest owners! Bought a very cute jacket. Highly recommend a stop here if you're in downtown Portland.

Pendleton's warranty means nothing. If you have troubles with your purchase losing a button, for instance, they will do nothing to help you.

Meh. Not sure what to say. Staff seemed fairly apathetic. I figure they would have helped me if asked for something. They lock the doors and then lock you you in. Looting of stores in Portland. Not their fault, but it’s not an friction free experience to shop.

They have the best blankets and the designs are so wonderful and unique. Weird “locked door” Covid rules still in place (maybe is a Portland thing…) but the staff was wonderful and quick about letting us in and out.

Curtis went above and beyond to resolve my issue- a item purchased via afterpay in the wrong size. He called around, found a store and had it shipped to me. I always appreciate people who problem solve to try to fix a situation. I will continue to support this downtown location.

I love the quality of Pendleton products and the customer service is top notch. It's such a treat to support great local products like Pendleton. All the men in my family get their shirts and coats for Christmas and I treat myself to the wonderful home products. The blankets last forever!!

Christine was so helpful and really saved me from a horrible online experience with Pendleton customer service! She helped me love Pendleton as opposed to loosing confidence in a company all Oregonians should love! She is an awesome employee and everyone should know this!!!??????
