A van from this company just aggressively tailgated and cut me off while I was already going 10 to 15 mph over the speed limit - about 70. They clearly don’t care about the safety of others, let alone your stuff.

I purchased an extremely heavy art piece and decided to have a professional hang it on the wall to be sure it would be secure. I am an artist member of Waterstone Gallery for nearly 20 years. I have used Pearl Packing company to package and ship my work of various sizes to various locations over the nation. Every time, the interactions with the company people have been courteous and efficient and the recipients of the shipped works have all been very pleased. I will continue to happily deal with this fine company for all such future needs.

They were not opened as advertised. Didn't answer phone until 3rd call 30 minutes after published open time. Finally person who answered phone told me to come back after 11am. I returned and framer was there and I got a “whatever†and shoulder shrug when expressing my frustration to learn there was nobody available to take my shipping order. Never again will I try this business.

Javier charged me $700 to hang a picture. He represents himself as a professional and definitely is not. He has to rent a truck to transport are rather than having his own vehicle. He does not inform you of costs up front than charges you an exorbitant price and pesters you for payment. $700 for hanging a picture is unconscionable.

I paid a reasonable price to have two large canvases packaged and shipped across the country. They arrived in perfect condition, and I would definitely use Pearl Packing again.
