I have been talking my furry family members to Pearl Animal Hospital since I moved back to the PNW 6 years ago. I have been so grateful for their care. They do a beautiful job of explaining my options, what’s necessary for health & wellness for my furfam & have always been kind, patient, & understanding when we are all anxious. When my kitties of 16 & 17 years of age passed over the rainbow bridge, they helped me find the most compassionate and comfortable goodbye for them and sent a sweet card with a donation in their honor. I truly only have positive thoughts and feelings toward their practice. I’m so grateful I stumbled on the clinic 6 years ago.

I was very concerned about my cat, the staff at Pearl Animal Hospital was able to see her same day. The staff was WONDERFUL they answered all my questions and the Doctor was very informative and explained everything they needed to do very well. The bill ended up to be less than the estimate - this was because there was a test that they did not perform - I found this so REFRESHING and AMAZING - I would not have known if they did the test or not.

Pearl Animal Hospital has treated my Jerry like family. The lovely vet tech saw that he wanted to get under something so she brought in this towel and he was a happy camper. The vet went along with it and conducted most of the exam under the towel! It was fabulous ?

Everyone is always extremely nice when we take our pup in for appointments, and they explain things very clearly. When urgent issues come up, Pearl is very accomodating to get him in ASAP!

My first visit involved 2 cars a. They were not happy about their trip to the hospital but the staff was very helpful. We got both cats in an exam room and everything went well. I love the close location to my home and it’s nice they have an in house pharmacy. Also they are open on Saturday. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Pearl Animal Hospital is our top vet pick. Everyone is kind to our dog and to us. Dr. Nies is our vet and she is knowledgeable and so good with both us and our darling dog. I’m sure all the vets there are just as good. You and your pet can feel secure that you will be in safe hands.

Our dog Bailey is like our child, and means everything to us. She has had a lot of medical needs come up, with some requiring surgery and continuous care. Every single member of the team has gone above and beyond in giving her the best care possible. Bailey is absolutely terrified of the vet, and they do everything they can to comfort her and take things at her pace. Every vet she has seen has been amazing, and so knowledgeable. I trust them all with her care! Anytime Bailey has had a procedure or is in their care for a longer period of time, we get constant updates and even cute photos of her! It’s so thoughtful because we’re always such a nervous reck, and it helps ease our nerves. We are so grateful to have found them, and recommend them to everyone!

Pearl Animal Hospital is a very professional facility. The veterinarians and technicians are knowledgeable and gentle.
The wait times are reasonable. Everything is kept very clean.
It’s expensive. But not outside the range of its competitors. And these days everything is expensive.
We feel fortunate that we found a place where we know our boy will get the best care.

Pearl Animal Hospital is our local veterinary clinic. Despite its very convenient location, we have receive excellent care and customer service since we've been taking our now-senior dog there.
The intake staff is very knowledgeable and available by phone, email and online. Making appointments is easy and convenient, and urgent problems are booked quickly.
Our dog's veterinarian knows our dog and his chronic health conditions well, and involves us in health-related care and plans. When he needed to be admitted overnight to Dove Lewis, a referral was made and the process was streamlined.
All in all, it's been a great veterinary office for all our (and our dog's) needs.

Barkley was scheduled for a dental procedure with Dr. Britvan who came highly recommended for her special interest in the field of dentistry. My pet’s teeth look movie star white after her procedure. I also had the pleasure of having Michael and Kaylie take care of her as her nursing staff that day and both were very impressive. Michael was compassionate and kind and made myself and Barkley feel very comfortable as well as Kaylie. Kaylie had an extensive knowledge of anesthesia and put all of my worries to rest knowing she would be personally monitoring her under anesthesia. I know she was under the best care with the Pearl team and can’t thank Dr. Britvan, Michael and Kaylie enough for treating my pet as if she were their own.

I moved here recently and when I went looking for a vet, most places nearby that I checked had a month or so wait. Pearl Animal Hospital got me in within days. My cat has been diagnosed with diabetes and this has been a difficult time for me. The amazing staff at Pearl has been so kind and helpful. The first visit we were brought into a treatment room with very little wait. They immediately took out a little bed with a fluffy cushion which I believe was sprayed with cat pheromone. Suzy has always been a high anxiety kitty and in the almost 13 years I've had her this was her easiest visit. There's been a lot of communication necessary and someone from the staff always gets back to me promptly with clear and detailed information. Dr. Eric has been wonderful and informative and Shawnese may very well be the most compassionate vet tech I've ever met. Suzy and I are so grateful to have found them.

Don’t know how this place is couldn’t make appointment, staff not very helpful just referred to their website, which crashed. Called another vet in St John way better, could speak to someone and had a visit fairly quickly. And not much further of a drive. Keep it up Pearl AH pretty soon you’ll have no new patients and you’ll wonder why revenue is down. Good luck I’ll never try to schedule again. In fact a neighbor ask where I went as she had a friend that couldn’t schedule with Pearl either.
