They have a good selection of camping necessities like white gas, water treatment tablets, and emergency blankets. I recommend checking here for your needs before traveling further to another store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized.

When to buy 2 locks, new packaging came with 2 lock and 2 different keys, try to get a new key and they ask me to get the whole locks and keys, already installed the locks on tools boxes!the 1 key guy and another old lady at the check in was very rude like I was getting try to take advantage of, I never post a bad or good review but this place and their customer service is very bad, I hoped I can do minus starts. They need to work on how to treat customers, never ever going back to that place!

Amazing houseplant selections, and I love seeing new ones added each time I come. Found my gorgeous ring of fire philo here and 'Sauron' has been thriving! Will definitely come back for supplies once I need to repot.

I had a bad experience at Pearl ACE Hardware today.I went in to look for more shelves for my kitchen cabinets. When I walked in the guy who greeted me was very nice. He directed me to isle 12 and said someone would meet me there to help me.That guy unfortunately was very rude. Throughout the exchange I felt like he didn't want to be speaking to me and was trying to rush me along to end the conversation. That feeling like any second he was going to walk away from me made it difficult to think and to understand what he was telling me.I also am disappointed in the help I received on the phone the day before. I called in explaining that I need new shelves for my kitchen cabinets, that they need to be 23" x 28.5" and 23" x 12". The lady I spoke with on the phone told me to bring the shelves in and that they'd be able to cut new ones for me as long as I'm ok with it being a little rough on the cut end.I don't have a car so I walked with both of them to the store, a difficult 15 minutes, but when I got to the store the guy I worked with said they can only cut in 12 inch segments and so wouldn't be able to help me. I don't know much about this stuff, but only being able to cut in 12 inch segments seems kinda disappointing for a hardware store.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! Yes, items are a bit more expensive than what you’d find at Home Depot or Lowe’s, but it’s a great local shop and they have a nice selection of product. Thankful to have this store in the neighborhood!

Wowza! You do not have to be a fly on the wall to learn how dissatisfying it is to work here and how little your business matters. I interacted with 3 folks who work here and either it's a requirement to hate it or it becomes the default.I go out of my way to support independent, small businesses but now will have to go out of my way to avoid this place (it's so close!).I do NOT like leaving negative reviews and if I end up back in there and have a decent if not good experience, I will modify this review.

Expect everything in this store to be $10 more than at any other nearby ace. I don't know why, probably whoever owns this one. They don't price match to their website like the other Ace's do either. I recommend just going to another one, even if it's a little farther. And no I'm not thinking of another ace, I'm talking about pearl ace.

This is my local hardware store and I have visited a great many times. I fix a lot of things at old buildings and I'm constantly needing to find unusual parts. The staff here is very knowledgeable and some of the older guys always have good answers for me. The younger guys are pretty knowledgeable as well, and if they aren't sure of something, they always try really hard to figure it out with me. Many of the workers here know me by name and have been working there for quite some time. I highly recommend it here, except for parking. They should do something about that right parking lot. Still gets 5 stars though!

Excellent customer service and security. Security Officer Ward made me feel safe during my last few trips to Ace. Highly recommend this store.
