Justin at PDX Auto Storage took great care of our car while did a cycling tour from Portland to San Francisco. His terms and service fully met with our needs and upon our return our car was safe and sound! Thanks Justin!

We needed a place to store our food cart and large BBQ smoker. They were very accommodating and the best price around. Dave and Justin met our needs even when they were in the middle of setting up their new location. You need to understand the business model. I like the fact that you have to make appt. to gain access to your stored item(s), that way they always know who is coming and going on the property. I have not had any issues gaining access when I needed too. They have excellent security and our items feel safer than any other storage facility we looked at. You can not bet the price for the security provided. Thank you Dave and Justin for meeting our needs with friendly service.

I had great experience with Dave @ PDX Auto Storage. While working out details, I did not follow thru to the end (it was surely my fault) , but Dave picked up my slack and drove things to happy end. I was impressed by his willingness to go extra mile and his exceptional communication to keep me in the loop.

We have been using PDX Auto Storage for about 3 years. They are very friendly, courteous, convenient, and reasonable. What more could you ask. In addition to storing the car, Norm is usually around for an airport pick up or drop off at a bargain. Nice people and they make it all so easy.

I would give them a 0 if i could. I answered an ad on market place the ad said $125 car for sale for storage fees. First come first serve. I was the 2nd one to show up the man who was 1st was going to buy the car. Two guys pull up saying they have cash(so did i and the guy before me) instead of keeping their word they blew both of us off and sokd it to the 3rd guy who showed up. The 1st guy was then stranded with a brand new battery and cables he bought for the car and paid an uber $25 to take him there. I would not recommend this place they are liars and a bit racist. The 1st guy was a young African American. Why else would they do that to him. I gave the kid a ride home which took me clear out of my way but it was unfair how they treated him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

If I could give this business a minus zero I sure would!David Wilson and Jason his assistant are THIEVES. They stole my things from my vehicle and also stole my gas I had just filled up in my Jeep Renegade ! And when I asked those two where my things were and why was my car out of gas literally completely out of gas! I showed them my gas receipt and it showed that I had filled my tank up 6 minutes before coming to the storage lot they had not answer but that I was lying to them and the the car was probably already low on gas . And those belongings that were taken from my car my laptop that I use for work was in there and I tracked down using the find my device app and low and behold my laptop was at David Wilson's home on NE 86TH and NE Holiday AVE.He felt really dumb when the tracker showed my laptop was in David's vehicle in his driveway. He had nothing to say but tried to lie and say it was his laptop and I must be some crazy stalker to find him at his home.No David just out smarted a crook and yes at this point I'm working with police to press charges against David and his work buddy Jason!. You won't get away with stealing people's things much longer David!

PDX auto storage took great care of our car for two years. We had a car cover which helped, but he also made sure to start the car when not in use, etc. Jason was always a good communicator whether it be by text or email. They have very reasonable fees and are close to the airport. We used a shuttle that he could provide weekedays or just used uber for about a $12-15 fee.

They got into my car ,my battery was gone and gas was stolen it was full when i left it and bone dry when got back and like scratches all over car not happy with this place at all and owner is rude and looks very shady.

This place gets 3 stars from me based on the attitude I got when I wanted to come pick up my car.I called an hour before closing to schedule a pick up the next day. The man was rude and acted like I was throwing the whole operation off. I wasn't trying to pick it up then and there, and I was very flexible about what time worked best for them the next day.Its got what you need to store your car but after spending close to $1000 to park my car here and being talked to like that, I'll take my business elsewhere.
