Karina did a great job on my little PomChi, Arlo! We went in for basic groom-shampoo and blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and tooth brushing. He usually hates a bath and doesn't let me do most grooming but Karina handled him like a pro and was very kind and gentle. Huge bonus- he's hardly been shedding since!

If i could give Karina, the owner and groomer of this wonderful business, a million stars, i absolutely would! Karina has been a total savior for us and our VERY sassy Papillon dog, Eliza. I will try to keep this short but here’s our story..
I am a pet groomer myself although am currently not working as one. I have extensive training and experience with grooming however, even i could not handle our VERY intolerant Eliza. This became a huge issue because Eliza needs routine maintenance but she makes it impossible! Even with my experience, i just couldn’t do it. We felt really stuck because we didn’t want to subject other groomers to Eliza’s impossible, aggressive behavior to being groomed.
We liked frequenting this shop to get goodies before we knew Karina. One day we got talking to her and mentioned how difficult it is to handle Eliza. Karina immediately offered to give it a try THAT DAY. Even with our warning that Eliza was going to throw a fit, which she did, Karina stayed calm, compassionate and efficient. Eliza seemed to react so much better towards Karina, it was pretty amazing! Eliza is VERY stubborn and down right aggressive but Karina is always reassuring, gentle and treats Eliza with the up most care despite Eliza making everything 100 times more difficult.
Naturally, we continue to use Karina and are so appreciative to be able to do so. Eliza continues to be impossible but Karina stays so calm and is just so wonderful with her. Bless Karina for not kicking us and our little demon out ? not only does she treat all animals with compassion and kindness, she treat all customers, human or not, with respect and genuine kindness.
In addition and to sum up, not only is Karina WONDERFUL with our Eliza, but even through the nips and fussing, she does a wonderful job!! How she can get Eliza looking so beautiful after Eliza has been nothing but a nightmare, is beyond me and SO impressive. It really shows her dedication and her amazing skill level. As a groomer myself, i can say Karina has impeccable skills and her demeanor with animals is optimal and touching. I could not be more impressed all around!
In conclusion, i truly hope you will consider give this amazing business and wonderful groomer a try. I cannot overstate how difficult our dog is and yet, Karina not only puts up with our girl but we get a beautiful result each time!
I HIGHLY recommend Pawsh Pet Cafe and Karina!! Thank you SO much for putting up with Eliza and for treating us all with so much kindness!!

Got our dog groomed here because we wanted to try a place in our neighborhood. When we picked her up, the groomer said she did great, had some tangles in her fine hair but that they came out super easily with conditioner. Our dog has been to groomers before and isn’t known to have issues ever. Her cuts have always looked good at other places.
We got home and inspected her and her haircut was SO uneven and wonky. Worst cut she’s ever had, hands down. I emailed some videos/photos over and the groomer blamed her “behavior and tangles” because she was wiggly, after she told me in person that neither was an issue. I asked for a refund on just the tip I had given, as I felt the service was not good and the response was worse. She refused, but offered to fix it. We didn’t trust her to do that at that point and didn’t want to interact again. We definitely won’t be back.

ed this business and will be coming back regularly. $20 an hour for self dog wash and groom this includes a quiet room, all the professional tools (bring own scissors, too dull), a wonderful air dryer, and an amazing selection of soaps and hair restoration / shine products. Our dog is very nervous and was wagging afterwards. They gave him a free treat for surviving. Not having to clean up is worth every penny (although l did half of it).
We ate across the street afterwards and EVERY person passing stopped and asked us what kind of dog we had or told us how cute he was. He is old and normally doesn't get comments anymore. He was gleaming and so relaxed that he stood out!
We initially stopping by Unleashed by Petco and were refused service because l declined to give the location my phone number (they sell it and should be paying you for the that). Horrid customer treatment - l recommend against supporting them because of that and my dog was always so stressed by bright lights and slippery surfaces. He knew better.

My nine year old feisty little dog had the most amazingly competent and supremely kind grooming experience with Karina at Pawsh Pet Cafe. My dog had a terrible grooming experience 2 months ago and she was very nervous. Katrina is sensitive and listened to our concerns and tailor made the grooming experience. When we picked up Mia rhe doggie she was happy and relaxed!!!! Super clean environment and my dog was the only pet being groomed. Priced competitively and well worth the trip. You will be very pleased

My rescue mutt suffers from anxiety which makes nail trims very dramatic. The staff at Pawsh Pet have been able to slowly desensitize him to having his nails clipped. This is after having a traumatic experience at another groomer. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

My dog is super squiggly wiggly and I’m unable to bathe or clip his nails. Karina is a magician and handles Watson with ease and is building his confidence by using some desensitization techniques. I will definitely be bring him back regularly.

Karina is a dog whisperer. Our pup Diego would never let us clip his nails, we needed to seek professional help. Karina handled our dog with such care. Will 100% be returning!

Karina is a fabulous groomer. Cody Bear has never looked so good. He is not easy to groom so I appreciate her patience with him. He always looks perfect!I appreciate how timely she is so he is not kept for hours in a cage. She is a fabulous communicator so you always have an easy time knowing when your pup is ready. She is definitely our favorite groomer ever!

I bring my pet here for the groomer, Karina. Karina is absolutely wonderful and has so much passion and patience with my puppy and all the other animals that come in to be groomed. I recommend Karina to everyone I know with pets:)

The selection of treats, toys, and other necessities for pets is great. Adorable little store and atmosphere.
