I had Paulson’s install some linoleum flooring at my office and they did such a great job that we decided to finally take the plunge and get new carpet in our house. Erica was great and answered all of our (many) questions and the install was done very well and only took about a day and a half (for 4bedrooms, hallway, closets and stairs). The carpet looks beautiful and we are only bummed that we waited so long to do it!

In mid-August we had a bedroom and closet refloored by Paulson's with the same Coretec LVP that they had installed in a large area of our house five years earlier. Ron Meyer of the Grand Avenue store did a great job helping us set up the recent project; I appreciate that he wanted to make sure that the new lot of material matched the existing floors (it does). The installers were fast, efficient, and competent. Two more bedrooms need to be refloored--we will definitely call Ron and Paulson's when we're ready. And a plug for Coretec LVP: the floor that was installed a month ago is indistinguishable from the floor of the adjacent hallway--one of the most-walked sections of the house--that has been in place for five years.

The thing I like most about dealing with Paulson's (and Ron in particular) is the excellent communication. From the beginning, responses and information are fast and helpful, a real change from so many other places I've dealt with. The showroom has a good selection and is conveniently located close to civilization, and not in the industrial area. Great place!

Micah was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right flooring for my needs. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I had shopped around at a few other big box and local stores, but I knew immediately after talking to Micah that I wanted to get my flooring at Paulson’s. Prices were fair for high quality flooring and they handled the installation process which made it stress free!

Fantastic experience! Ron was communicative, friendly & helpful. Carpet was installed within 2 weeks after our initial order date and the install team was extremely efficient. They have a great selection of carpet and hardwood options. Highly recommend if you're in the market for new flooring!

We had a great experience with Paulson’s Flooring. Ron and the rest of the team met our timeline and did a great job. Ron knew we wanted to get new carpet installed before we moved into our recently purchased home. He helped us find the carpeting to fulfill our needs, then managed to get it delivered quickly and helped to get us scheduled so the carpeting was finished before we moved in. Highly recommend Paulson’s!

Paulson's Carpet on Grand Avenue is the best place to buy carpet in Portland, OR. First of all, Ron Meyers knows their quality carpet products. He'll advise you as to the best carpet for your needs and budget. And finally, their installation is the best! The attention to detail was amazing. We'll never go anywhere else.

Paulson’s Floor Coverings did an outstanding job installing carpet in three rooms in our condo. Micah was especially helpful in helping us select the carpet, and in getting the carpet installed quickly, and according to the schedule we had agreed to. Micah, the Store Manager, had fantastic customer service, and was very patient with all my questions. As a designer, its such a pleasure (and increasingly rare) to have friendly knowledgeable sales staff like Micah. It may have been my first time to Paulson's but it definitely wont be my last. Did a great job installing the carpeting on our two flights of stairs. Got the job scheduled quickly, and on the day of installation it was done in no time. Everything was great and installed perfectly.

Happy with my new carpeting from Paulson's. Ron Meyer didn't do any sort of high pressure sales and just let me decide what I wanted. I got a great end of year discount that made the project way more affordable. The installers were great and completed the job super quickly.
