A hard no from me. I ordered #2 and better 2x6s. When the got delivered they were ALL chewed up. Paid $60 for delivery. I returned everything myself. I went to HomeDepot instead and they were all almost flawless, don't waste your time at Parr anymore....

You can't make this crap up.. I've been a general contractor for 38 years. And I have never seen a more F%©® up operation Bought 1- 2x6 and 2- 2x4 After a 20+ minute wait the forklift driver comes out" we're out of 2x4" I cancel the order and order two more 2x6 Return to my truck..and forklift driver now has 2x4.?!!???? I like to keep my $$ local. But after this dog and pony show. I'll go deal with Home Depot I guess Can get any worse .

I needed some Trex decking and other items. Rob Barrett helped me. Service was incredible. All of the items were delivered in my driveway. Truck driver was very nice. Even moved the sheetrock into my garage with the forklift. Rob guided me the right way. You don't get answers like this at the big box stores. Thank you Parr. When my items were delivered, they noticed that they forgot 2 boxes of nails. They brought them out on another trip the same day. That is service.

Parr Lumber is awesome, a little pricier than some other Lumber houses, but worth it.[Full disclosure; I am one of many guys who crushes on one of the lady forklift operators at this location. I'd like to believe this does not bias my opnion, but in the intrest of honesty I thought I'd mention it.]

Called Parr to ask if they had cedar roof shingles in stock for a small project, a backyard shed, and Dylan in sales was friendly while informing me what they had in-store. Will edit the review once I've visited with my dad to check out their products, but just had to mention for anyone concerned with poor customer service over the phone in the past, they've been perfectly satisfactory so far :)

I was looking for a new supplier and walked into the Stark St. location. All staff is unmasked indoors. Parr clearly can’t be trusted with basic pandemic safety or to deliver on their promises.

Super loud in the mornings when we’re trying to sleep next door in the apartments. It would be nice if the business could be considerate of those that share the neighborhood and wait until a reasonable hour to move stock around with loud, heavy machines.
