By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Justin went out of his way (literally) to help me with a storage and transport problem this week. 2 years ago we left our RV in his lot and drove home to NY. 8 months later, it was perfect when we picked it up. Don’t expect a fancy storage lot. Just expect a safe spot with great rates and the best customer service

PDX auto storage took great care of our car for two years. We had a car cover which helped, but he also made sure to start the car when not in use, etc. Jason was always a good communicator whether it be by text or email. They have very reasonable fees and are close to the airport. We used a shuttle that he could provide weekedays or just used uber for about a $12-15 fee.

They got into my car ,my battery was gone and gas was stolen it was full when i left it and bone dry when got back and like scratches all over car not happy with this place at all and owner is rude and looks very shady.

PDX Auto storage truly saved us from evading many potential disasters in planning the storage of our vehicle for long-term travel. I called the day prior to our flight departure to make my reservation after their business hours and they were still able to guide me through the process of their services while providing a quote and an easy invoice while providing an easy payment method online. The price is unbeatable and does not compare to other competitors providing this service. Justin was very helpful and professional in working with me - who was tasked with helping my monolingual parents find a place to store their car as they traveled out of the country for a month. Justin went out of his way to locate my parents because they got lost in trying to find PDX Auto storage location. After finding my parents, he guided them to their storage location, stored their car AND personally transported them to the airport, hours after having closed his business on New Year's Eve, all while maintaining his grace and character to provide this service. He could've easily blown us off but he made special efforts to help us even after the situation became daunting. We will forever be grateful to Justin & PDX Auto storage for being so kind and flexible with our complicated travel situation. We can now rest in peace knowing that my parents car will be taken care of in their safe and easy to use facility. We will definitely be using PDX Auto storage for all of our storage needs!

If you are looking for a place to park your vehicle, RUN,don't walk to contact them ! This is my third and the final review on this company. I have used them for about 5 yrs and have never been disappointed in the service I have received from them. Justin handles the lot professionally and is always accommodating when I am flying in and out and need a ride to the airport. Norm is a wonderful driver. They felt like family in some ways. So, I moved more quickly than I expected from the area and left behind my spare key. Just got off phone w/ Justin and he was great helping me to identify the key and will be mailing it out. SO, there is an unexpected vacancy at the lot today.... so, again RUN don't walk if you are looking for an A+ place to park your car when out of the area. Thank you for the great service !

Absolutely the best price around for storing a car/trailer/RV. We stored both our vehicles there for a month while we traveled around, no one could even compare to the price we were charged. Also, very friendly service and they had my car ready when we arrived to pick it up. It is a gated facility with 24hr surveillance and is locked up when no one is there. Seems very secure. Can't recommend these guys enough. Quick uber/Lyft ride to the airport from here too.

Found this place on Yelp and made my decisions based on reviews. So far, the reviews were spot on . I've left my car twice & picked it up once. Justin answers my calls, I schedule a pick up or drop off then confirm day of. They are always there when they said they would be and I found my car, cleaned & running when I got there. It was so nice to get into a clean, warm car. I also picked up & dropped off late pm on the weekends. I would highly recommend this place if you need to store your car.
