Staff was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process! Received a high quality final product that was reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning for any future printing needs!

Horrible experience. Flaky people. Don't expect good communication. Don't expect them to get your project right. Don't expect it to be done when they say it will. First they got my initial quote wrong and I had to have conversations with three different people to get a sensible explanation of their offerings and pricing. Then there was a problem with the proof, which I caught in time and discussed with them the day before printing. Apparently, it went in one ear and out the other. My final posters arrived later than they said they would and still contained the problem.

Beautiful work! The colors on my invitations were SO striking, quality of paper was amazing, and response/delivery time was quick! The folks at Paperjam were super easy to work with and I would highly recommend!

Weird place. Went here a couple times to print things I needed but I just went there and they told me they don’t do one off printings and basically told me to pound sand over at FedEx. Okey dokey!

I was in need of wedding invitations at a rapid pace. Paperjam Press was there to save the day. I went in Wednesday afternoon with an idea of what I needed and was able to find a template that suited my needs with help from Lane. Lane was friendly and helpful along with the owner Deborah. I was able to pick a 100% recycled paper for the entire invitation set, which is something that was very important to my bride to be. I handed over my requested write up and was quoted approximately 2-4 business days for completion. Thursday morning I received and email informing me that my proofs were ready for review. I stopped in and Deborah had everything ready to show me. Reviewing the proofs I found 3 minor changes to make, (1. spelling error on a name, 2. Moving a word to a different line, 3. Removing a line from the details card). All of which were so minor and quick fixes. Friday afternoon I received an email informing me that my order was ready to pick up. I stopped in and Lane had everything boxed up and ready for me when I arrived. I looked them over for a final review and everything was perfect. All in all I would highly recommend Paperjam Press to anyone in need of invitations. Especially knowing that they offer in house printing and a rapid turn around. Other retailers quoted me 3-4 weeks for my order to be completed. Paperjam Press saved the day with a 2 day turn around and when I showed my bride to be the completed work she was extremely pleased with the results.

Can't believe these guys are still in business. I ordered some business cards, and after settling on a design with the staff I ordered 100 cards. When I arrived to pick them up a week later there were a number of issues with the cards. There were items not centered, and the edges were not cut to the dimensions I requested. We ordered art print holiday cards through Paperjam in December and they turned out perfectly and ahead of the quoted schedule! Quick correspondence via email. We would come here for future print jobs.

I've worked with Paperjam Press for a few projects now, and everything's gone well. It's nice to support a place in the neighborhood. Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

I'm upping our rating by one star as the owners were kind enough to reach out, apologize and give us a refund. The finished product was pretty good, but our customer service experience was terrible, most of the staff were not nice or very communicative and acted like they were doing us a favor. The cost was twice that of the estimate they gave us and it took forever, much longer than we were led to believe, which threw off the timing of sending out our invites for our wedding reception. This place is amazing! I create a calendar every year of my clients pets (I'm a dog walker/pet sitter) and sell it as part of a fundraiser. This was my first year using PaperJam Press and I will absolutely be using them for all of my future printing needs. The calendars came out beautiful, the process was smooth and they were very patient and understanding with me (I had some issues with my photos being too low resolution etc).Highly recommend for all of your printing needs! They also have a super cute little fluffy dog named Benny!

Paperjam has become my go-to print shop near me for absolutely anything. I’ve been selling greeting cards for a while now, and here’s why I’ll never switch printers.Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I stepped into Paperjam without really knowing what I needed. Deb was knowledgeable and patient, explaining the process until I knew exactly what I was ordering. Since then, the staff has been friendly, accommodating, and very good at what they do.These people are efficient! I usually get a response within a couple of hours of when I email. Their quote system is easy and intuitive, but they are still happy to discuss options after you input your initial specifications. I’ve always been satisfied with my order.To reiterate, these people are amazing, truly the pinnacle of small business.
