I reached out to be a customer and gave them my specifications for our packaging. Horrible customer service and communication. After speaking to them once, I followed up and they said they would be back to me in a couple days. No response. Couple weeks later and still no response to many emails. I reached back out and no response again. I was ready to spend a lot of money and it was even a referral from another company they work with. Yikes.
