Mahler Jewlers is outstanding. I worked with Alexa to buy a Rolex as a surprise wedding gift for my husband. Alexa was incredible to work with - as it was my first time buying a Rolex (during a hectic period within 2 weeks of my wedding!), Alexa was professional, reassuring, and helped answer all my questions. She even helped get the watch engraved on a short timeframe so that it would be ready by our wedding (and the engraving was perfect!). Given that it was a surprise, she was very accommodating in our communication methods and kept me updated via text throughout the process. I would recommend Mahler Jewlers and Alexa to anyone thinking of buying a watch or jewelry. Thank you so much for helping with my lovely wedding surprise!

I bought a Rolex Daytona 126508 from Mahler Jewelers. It was a wonderful experience at the store. The store was charming. Jordan was my sales associate. She was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Also, Jordan has consistently provided top-notch service, making each of my visit a pleasure.

This year I bought two Tudor watches from Alexa at Mahler Jewelers and her knowledge and passion for Tudor made the experience memorable and exciting. The store is clean, welcoming, and has outstanding customer service. They have the best selection of Tudor in Oregon and are happy to help you find the perfect watch for your collection.
Often times when I go to look at watches at other dealers when I'm on business travel they don't know much about the watches, but at Mahler Alexa and the other staff are very knowledgeable and are able to answer just about any question about the watches.
Thanks so much Alexa and Mahler Jewelers for my Black Bay 58 GMT and my Black Bay Ceramic, I can't wait to buy a Rolex from you for my next watch!

Ms. Jordan’s service was beyond amazing!
She was incredibly graceful, and every aspect of the service was highly professional.
She introduced me to a stunning Rolex, making both my and my husband’s journey through the U.S. even more delightful. All the staff warmly congratulated us.

I purchased my first Rolex today at this store, and I am filled with immense joy and happiness.
I’ve visited stores in many countries, but none provided such detailed and precise explanations about the Datejust 41mm like this one.
Ms. Jordan was exceptional in addressing all our questions and guiding us to the perfect watch. From the store owner to every staff member, we were warmly welcomed, making our visit to Portland truly perfect. My wife was moved to tears, and we hope this is not the end—we look forward to the opportunity to buy my wife’s new Rolex here soon. My gratitude is beyond what words can express, and I feel so much love for all of you. After 4 years of waiting since our marriage and an 8-hour drive, it was all worth it.

We had such a great experience with Mahler Jewelers! Alexa is the best! My husband had a very specific request on the Rolex he wanted and it took us more than 9 months with other stores and yet we didn’t receive any updates/contacts. Happened to walk into this store and chatted for less than 10 minutes with Alexa and she definitely kept an eye on it and ended up with getting us the exact model we wanted! We would definitely go back to Alexa if we need anything else.

I just go into this store to laugh at how pretentious the owners kid is. Doesn’t give you the time of day and tells you 5 years for a Rolex…have gotten multiple steel sports Rolex’s from the other local AD this year for nowhere near that time…
The other staff are great and new store is nice.

I bought what I would consider my first nice watch yesterday at Mahler Jewelers. From the moment I walked in the door I had a wonderful experience with the team. Nalani and Alexa were both knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. As a watch newbie, I felt they did a great job sharing the history of the brand, the features of the watch I was interested in and made the buying process extremely easy. Where do I begin, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I’ve been to many Rolex AD’s in the US and Europe but by a mile this was the best experience I’ve ever had at Rolex AD. They are warm, friendly and very nice. The level of professional and quality service you receive is top shelf.
A special tip of the hat to Jordan who has been studious in my journey to acquire this piece is in great order. Alexa too was outstanding as well as everybody else in there. Regardless of who you talk to or who assist you, you will be glad you contacted them. I look forward to a long and great professional relationship with Mahler Jeweler's.
I knew I wanted a Rolex DayDate from when I first saw one as young boy on Readers Digest magazine back in the fall of 1997. To Jordan, and the entire Mahler crew, thank you for your kindness and assistance in helping me achieve this milestone that has been nearly three decades in the making.
