I drive by the one on 181st and go to gresham store. You have to understand d this comment because the 181st store is 1 block from my home. I'd rather drive 8 miles to gresham. That's how much I like that store. Thanks for all the help. Sandy is great also. All thr guys are very good

Friendly staff. A bit under stocked. Half the time, they are out of what I came in for. They are good with finding parts, though, and also great about returns.

Went in to buy jumper cables and snow chains for my car, and Allie was super helpfulla and friendly. She made sure I got the best items for my needs and even suggested a good additional piece of equipment to make my chains safer! Will keep coming here to get whatever I need for my car.

No loaner tools as they state that they have. Ended up having to buy a set of wire pliers to exchange the battery I purchased for $212.00. why have a sign advertising "loaner tools" if you don't have a simple set of wire pliers when a customer asked?? Surely, you could do better....

Great service we had today jose was super helpful recommends the parts that you need.I went there friday after thanksgiving and there was a guy his names is cristian he was just so mean I ask him for a complete tune up he was just so aggressive people like that shouldn't be working on these places

Jose was very nice and very helpful. his boss should take him out for lunch. while on the other hand Gary sucks very unpleasant experience with him, if i walk in and see Gary i'm walking right back out lol.
