Wish I could leave a lower review went to go get my battery tested and the Older man who I’m assuming was a manager treated me like an idiot because my battery was 12 years old and still working and just said it was “Bad” and “Good luck” condescendingly. Worst Auto parts store Ever. Didn’t Even want to suggest any help or batteries.

I called and asked if they were able to help me because my headlights were out. After a few quick questions the gentleman said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and take a look. Even though they were short staffed today they still went above and beyond (including installation!) to make sure I was back up and running safely! Amazing staff!!!!

This O'Reilly AutoParts has plenty of parking and is well staffed. There are plenty of knowledgeable people to answer your questions. 4 stars from me. The only reason is that everyone stayed behind the counter . Even though 85% of people asked if they're doing okay, say, "Yes, they're just looking." There's 15% that probably spend 85% of the walk in revenue. Good job on 122nd & Se Division in the Midway Plaza.

Ordered a part for pickup and entered the name of the party who was picking it up, it was reflected on the two confirmation emails I received. When the person went in to pick the item up they refused to give it to him and were INCREDIBLY rude to this person until I had to call and demand they check their own confirmation email. Really unprofessional.
