Just like the review below mine.
There was an associate that didn't look happy, wasn't welcoming, not wearing a name tag and seemed unwilling to assist me with recovering account information. I refused to buy what I needed in the store because of his actions and will be going elsewhere for now on.

There was an associate there who was extremely rude (I do not know his name since he wasn’t wearing a name tag, no name on the receipt appears either), he looks like he’s miserable, not a welcoming vibe.
We won’t be going to this location again.
Hope this helps others and try other locations that are around town, there’s several of them.

I was just a little disappointed at their lack of willingness to help. I stood at the counter for a very long time. Before the employees in the back, actually would put their phone down. Come up to the front to help customers.

Harassed by employee in parking lot from his car. Told me I can't be "doin that on *his lot." I've never heard of a parts store forbidding customers from doing basic maintenance on the property. Felt pretty discriminatory. I'll take my business to other companies, have been pretty loyal and sending many folks I do repairs for to O'Reilly's for years.

These guys up in Oregon City , are top notch. Have some mechanical ability. Understand when you start waiving greasy metal parts around and are very helpful in making sure you have the correct part at a decent price. I appreciate these guys!✌️?

Staff was helpful but they didn't have what I needed. Still searching for the correct XL terminal with large loop conductor on the end ? it is proving quite difficult to find.
