These guys are pretty amazing. In the space of 10 minutes, I saw them go out and help three customers with problems on their cars and provide instant diagnoses and fixes. Super great customer service!

The workers here do not know what they're talking about and the one manager light skinned man is very rude and shouldn't be working there I live in the area so I try my best to stay local but it's hard to with the kind of people that are working there... That's the truth

Very friendly, respectful, and helpful representatives at this store. They are the best part of shopping there! I have only been to Auto Zone or Advanced and wasn’t sure what to expect, but after three trips over the course of a year I am sold!

Came in to get a new battery, Marcus walked me through some options, and suggested a couple of cost effective alternatives with longer warranties. Great customer service! Will definitely be back.

There is no way the employees here are being paid enough for the work they do. I came in around 2pm on 8/15/23, management please watch your cameras and see what this team had to put up with. I believe the stores general manager (owns a red car) was in the back office with the door closed while the lovely employees on the floor managed a very violent and racist customer with no assistance. After asking the customer to leave several times and calling the police the customer laid on the ground while shouting racist obscenities and threatening to leave bodily fluids everywhere. The general manager did no come out EVEN when the police arrived. The three employees who were working the front should all be commended for keeping the actual customer safe. They should be given raises and the manager that cowards in the back office should be fired. The employee, Silvio, that assisted me was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

Dude closing tonight July 29th kept slamming stuff around and cussing. Refused to take my rewards number no receipt not helpful. People with that type of attitude shouldn't work in retail. Will be sending a complaint to district manager and corporate office

I had purchased a product that turned out not to be what I had expected at all, having used it in the past, currently there was a designation somewhere on the bottle that it wasn’t as strong as what I thought it was. I realized when I used it at the store, that it was not what I wanted when I used it . The manager, Dan, came out and happily help me, showing me how another product worked on his car. He glady exchanged the product for what he recommended and I was extremely happy!
