Rachel is the best! She helped me so much with financial planning. She was kind, attentive, and listened to all of my questions, helping me make the best decisions regarding loans and credit. I felt from the very beginning that she had my best interest at hard. Highly recommend banking with onpoint and working with Rachel at this branch!

Francisco helped me set up a new checking and savings account at this branch. He was very nice and thorough. He even walked me through setting up my online banking so I wouldn’t have trouble. Highly recommend this branch and this credit union. Most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a bank.

Anyone complaining about this bank is nuts! It is an absolute asset to the neighborhood. It is a small credit union and isn't going to have the same hours as a Bank of America, but friends, IT IS NOT a B of A!!! How great is that?Chris Golec is the best! He is a member relation officer and has helped me with everything!!! I get personal emails, we sit and chat, he is wonderful!!! I have set up everything here. Moving out of state to PDX, it took me six years to get my act together. HELOC, credit cards, high yielding savings acct, regular checking and savings... All of it is finally ready to go!! Thank you OnPoint and specifically Chris!

This isnt my first credit union, but its my first in the area. Been with onpoint about 3 years now. Partner and I have a account to pay the mortgage and general expenses here as well.I’ve been wanting to for us to build the kind of relationship that credit unions are known for. Long term plans include adu and addition to the house. So figured we would start with a smaller auto loan we could both afford and pay it off quick to get the payment history. We make six figures each, and plan on putting down ~40% on a less than five year old car.We went down to meet the bank rep at the branch. Told the whole situation, he was super positive and up beat. All this we will beat any rate stuff. Well turns out there were a few things on the report that he needed to check with the main office. Said he will let us know end of day the next day.Calls next day and says its a no go. I try to ask what can we do to make thing work in the future with our reports and loans from onpoint in general. He said its not up to him, its just the way it is. I reiterated im not trying to argue about getting this car loan, but am asking how we can make something work in the future with the credit union? Would opening up cd’s help? What exactly needs to change on the reports? Again, he said its not up to him and cant help.The whole thing just ended up feeling like a salesman mad he missed a commission instead of the customer service I have come to expect and have seen in the past at credit unions. At this point I’m just going to take my direct deposit and house account somewhere else to build something worth while.If you’re looking for a bank to build a relationship with, keep looking.

The manager, Kevin Kelly, has no business working as a manager for OnPoint. I have banked with OnPoint for many years when it was originally Teachers Credit Union. My bank account was nearly compromised by hackers but I stopped the phone call before anything major happened. I went into OnPoint to get this issue tended to. I was told my account will be frozen and I would no longer have access to my online banking. I was NOT told to contact all who gave direct deposits or automatic monthly withdrawals. When I received notices that all monies were returned or not paid I went back to talk to Kevin Kelly, the manager. I told him the situation and asked him to cover the overdraft fees. He shamed me. In no uncertain terms, I was told this is my problem for being allowed to be hacked. I left humiliated. I was forced to open a new account at another bank. Over a year later I am mailed a notice that my account at OnPoint is overdrawn. How can that be, my account was frozen.? Back to visit Kevin Kelly. True to form, Mr, Kelly did not waste any time scorning me because I suggested OnPoint is a bank rather than a Credit Union. In a condescending fashion, I was told my bank account had not been closed and anyone who had my card number could continue to use it. I was unaware I had been paying multiple sources via overdrafts taken from my savings as my checking was empty. I complained I had no access to my account to know this was occurring. Mr. Kelly was not only disrespectful but downright mean in how he communicated with this 69-year-old woman who is not technology savvy. I allegedly was too feeble to handle my affairs and he was determined to show absolute disdain. He should be fired.

Keep your head on a swivel! Using the ATM at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon when two guys appeared from each side. One of them tried to distract while the other was coming up behind me. Cancelled transaction and gtfo. Use caution at this location!

Worst customer service! Asked a simple question at the counter and the employee started yelling. Just because I have an accent you can’t discriminate your customers. Asked to speak to the manager and rudely was told no manager available! How you want this employees to handle your money when they can’t even help their customers!
