Denied my direct deposit before a holiday weekend. Made my bills late, credit card payments late. And they have nothing to say for themselves to make it better?The check was direct deposited Wednesday, onpoint says it bounced back Friday, and no one told the person who earned the money...I have contacted my employer and they said that it did not bounce back. They basically told me they can't do anything and to figure it out myself

Why did the teller have to circle my balance and show me on the receipt? I can find it myself and if I wanted to know, I have the app on my phone. I already felt uncomfortable that she could see my balance.

This place is over taken by rudeness of homeless individuals. The bank does not open until 9 am. Am patiently waiting while getting cussed at by this individual who is camped out in front of the ATM.

Rude and unhelpful customer service. Thanks to OnPoint's incompetence I am stuck paying on an auto loan for a car I cannot legally sell. After over 2 months dealing with OnPoint the situation is still not resolved, and I am still forced to pay interest on a loan for a car I cannot sell, that is losing value rapidly. OnPoint offers no apologies of solutions. They are perfectly happy to continue to force me to make payments and pay interest on a loan for a car that I do not legally own thanks to their inability to find or file the appropriate paperwork. If I were to stop making my loan payments OnPoint would be more than happy to repossess the car, but since it's their error causing me to lose money, they don't care and won't lift a finger to make things right.

The staff in this location are amazing.1st bank in my life where a teller knows me by name when I walk in. Also...last week the teller accidently shorted me money and I didn't bother to count it. About 5 minutes later she calls me letting me she just noticed it :)

Opened a personal savings account at this branch as well as business checking and business savings account at this branch. I worked with Jeremy Nguyen and he was fantastic, prompt, and exceptional with his advice and help. I additionally was assisted by Kevin who was awesome as well. They made my life that much easier and I can’t recommend them enough.

The WiFi service is non existent here. Customers unable to access online banking while in the bank. Are having to step outside for service.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They don’t care about their customers and have stole money from people.
